Living faith infrastructure is always like FG infrastructure.
I'm not surprised NUC was confused. This school is bigger than chrisland university, koladaisi university and its admin building is the same size as Madonna's senate building grin

WHY IS IT ALWAYS BLACKS AT THE RECEIVING END WHYYYY
Very good question... Haiti, the black nation that managed to escape being inside Africa. You would think that they would have done well for themselves because of how close they are to USA and Canada. But alas it is of no difference than its sister nations in Africa.

I'm tempted to research about the Origins of Africans. Scientists say that our brain as people in Africa is not inferior to that of the White folks. Therefore the problem of Africans isn't biological.

Perhaps Africans are suffering from a spiritual problem or maybe "we are still suffering from the impact of slavery" is a plausible explanation.

The bible does not like comparison in the household of faith. But i would like to say that there are many ministeries in Nigeria that are richer than these missions in Haiti, and can do more than this if they desire to.

We know Nigerian churches are trying also, but they can do better!! You shouldn't buy a jet if you haven't done something like this...

On another note, this village actually has more basic infrastructure than much of Nigeria... Even though everything is basic but you can see the excellence behind it that has always been the trademark of Christian missions.

The Nigerian govt is an expert organization in bringing suffering to the masses. It's like they enjoy it when the people suffer, so that they can come around and promise to give them these basic things in exchange for votes.

Or why do you think Ondo state government frustrated Dangote's effort to build a refinery in Araromi. A refinery that would have generated 300,000 jobs for the citizens of the states. That refinery would have unprecedented economic development and soar ondo igr even ahead of Ogun state. But all that has been lost to Lagos.
I'm from Ogun but I wish that refinery was built in Ondo. So we can have an even distribution of wealth in the south west. Ogun and Lagos are already doing averagely well, Ondo could have picked up this refinery and start pushing development upward into Ekiti... Oh well

The government we have in Nigeria is a hopeless one! We never get correct government yet, all we have are greedy leaders undecided
It's crazy. Many women have lost pregnancies on Ogun roads. A family of mine had miscarriaged a triplet pregnancy towards all those environs after she drove on their road.
It is therefore inconceivable that the same govt would sue church workers to court for trying to repair those same roads. Simply because it would make it impossible to award the roads as 'lootable' contracts from Government house...

Politics / How Ogun State Prevents Winners Chapel From Repairing Ota Roads by barojana: 7:16am On May 05, 2019
Voice Of The Church Publication

It is very strange that despite the economic viability and importance of Ota and it's environs, the Ogun state government has left this area's infrastructure largely unattended to. This is reason why many stakeholders within this community are quite bewildered or embittered with government's insistence that Living Faith church headed by Bishop David Oyedepo should not tar the road of those communities as it wasn't a Church's business to tar roads.

The Ogun state governments have over the years demanded that the Church should instead pay the Government and then leave construction for government contractors. However, knowing the corruption precedence of Nigerian states, the church has never been comfortable with that idea. Another reason is because there is so much variance in the amount the Church and the Govt budgeted for those same projects.

While the govt budgeted $40 million for the same roads, the Living Faith Church budgeted $5 million at the same time insisting $5 million would be enough to get the work done in those communities.

According to Leke Beecroft of Church Gist
"The Chinese Construction Company, contracted by the Ogun State Government led by Senator Ibikunle Amosun has played a major role in fixing the stretch of road but for unspecified reasons had left some parts of it like the Oju-Ore Junction,Roundabout untouched. This had led to hours of heavy traffic for all users of the road.

it will be recalled that a few years ago, the Ogun State Government under the leadership of Otuba Gbenga Daniel had prevented and even arrested and charged to court the church's Direct Labour Workers. The Ogun Government stopped the church from fixing the said road which leads to establishments like the Honda Training School and football pitch, Indomie Noodles Factory, Obasanjo Farms, The Bells University and Bells Secondary School (owned by Former President Obasanjo), Canaanland's Covenant University, Faith City's Crawford University and many banks among others, insisting it was not the business of the church which had earmarked about #560 million (about $5 million at the time)

The State Government had budgeted #4.4billion ($40 million) to fix the same road.

The Church has also decided to grade all inland areas around the locality of the church to help road users around the area ply their vehicles on these roads and this road grading project alone runs into tens of millions."

NB: One of the two lanes at the Oju-Ore Junction being repaired by the Church years back.

Now, this is a PJ!

But the bishop isn't using it maximally. The bishop should next time loosen his tie, get a bottle of champagne and sip through his journey... Relaxation ought to be one of the benefits of a PJ, so one shouldn't be as uptight as one would need to be in a commercial flight.

Why Daddy Freeze Is Wrong About Oyedepo's Canaancity!

Daddy Freeze has once again condemned the Canaancity project saying that it was built by the offerings of poor people and all.. And I disagree with him

The library of Landmark university Omu aran. The university is was founded in 2010.

Four things are very impressive about Landmark as it is fondly called.

1) All campus buildings are in different shades of green. Though strange to me because I am not a fan of green color, it is quite unique. The Library has the deepest shade.

2) One of the two most notable things everyone says about this campus on visit is the landscaping and floral beauty. Everywhere not covered by a tarred road is covered by flowers.

3) The second notable thing is the road network. The road network can best be experienced rather than described. Each building exist on her own and is giving a measured and consistent distance to the nearest building. Each building has a mini garden and a sufficient car park. The campus was portioned after the university of California Berkeley.

4) Very Quiet: this is very uncharacteristic of Nigerian Universities which are bustling centres of activities. The university is so quiet you can hear the chirping bird sounds in the afternoon.

I would recommend this university for Introverts who like their personal space. I would advise an extrovert or very social persons to assess it by themselves before applying.

Covenant university is definitely Oyedepo's biggest contribution to national development.

Quite amazingly Landmark university in omuaran actually exceed Convenant a bit in infrastructure.

Two of many seminar rooms

According to a Lecturer I spoke to. He said "CUCRID represents the university's research aspirations. The agenda is determined by the university as opposed to college research which is usually departmental. it is the university's attempt to bring various disciplines to work on joint projects in what we call research clusters. So here you can have biologist, engineers and business admin faculty working on the same project but with different roles In what we call research clusters. And it has yielded so much positive results as we have witnessed a jump in our research citations and many patent worthy products"

My visit to Covenant University Center For Research And Discovery

The center was commissioned by bishop oyedepo a while ago. I got to visit the place and it was very impressive..

According to what I know, it was endowed by Winners Chapel for Covenant University and cost about 5 billion naira.

The purpose of the building is for multidisciplinary research. It has 24 laboratories, 12 conference halls and 24 seminar rooms, 97 offices and four panoramic elevators. It also houses Hebron startup lab.

While I got to access to much of the building I couldn't gain access to the labs unfortunately. But I was able to peek through the molecular labs though I couldn't get a picture.

Quite true! A government is coming that would separate the church from the businesses. The school and the housing estates would be properly taxed and then, Truth would lay bare.

Do you know how much Covenant pays in taxes?

The church members don't agree. And that is all that matters really.
I have worshipped in winners severally and the church only collects normal one time offering. They don't collect offerings during daily programs. I know churches that collect up to four offerings o.

What if Oyedepo was just collecting the money and did not build school, or hospital or city. What if he just sat down and ate the church money. You people won't even know the church has money talkless of crying. But he built a university that employs thousands and educates thousands. A city that employs thousands and houses thousands. He don try abeg.

But let me ask this, our president, Buhari rides private(presidential) jets, lives inside Villa all with the money of Nigeria's poor citizenry. He collects our taxes and drills our oil yet he hasn't dashed us free houses.

Lol what are you saying?

What did Jesus say? "In my Father's house there are many Mansions". Even Jesus was enticing Christians/believers to Heaven with materialism. And since the church is Christ embassy on earth should we be living in huts?

What did the bible say again? "The streets of heaven are tarred with gold". We have not tarred an ordinary church property with gold many of you are already crying...
