U can achieve that with either a U-shaped or L-shaped structure on 2plots conveniently or rather tightly on a plot and a half.

As for your friend, it could be that her plot is a government size plot, which is usually twice the normal family sized plot. For instance, in Ondo state, a government size plot is around 120ft x 120ft while the family size is 60ft x 120ft. So, half of the govt size is equal to one family size. Hope you catch the drift.

As the buildings will be used by people who may probably have cars.

Be upfront with your client, even if it is half of government size plot it won't work as she is already bent on a bungalow. Except u want to design spaces far from standard.

YES Sir. Those are the doors Chinese called "Steel" just a thin layer covering some wood particles.. or some of them use foam type.
They generally call them "Chinese Steel Doors". Do a search on You-tube to see how they are made.

At least here in the USA, the government will subsidize your purchase of solar equipment to save on energy. Just by going to a smart thermostat alone I got $500 back on a $100 thermostat. They encourage energy savings.

Also, you can sell excess electrical power back to your local power generating company when you have solar. So you are generating your own electricity and also making money.

I don't really get too much into comparing here with there because where does one even start.

The first picture is gravel. This is the one used for Building construction.
The second picture is commnonly called local stone, which is also a coarse aggregate. I am not familiar with the chemical properties to comment further on the stone.

Sir if the first picture is gravel, which type of stone is granite? Because I am sure so many engineers and stone suppliers refers to the first picture as granite. I would appreciate if stone suppliers and other engineers can join to clarify this. I thought granite is what is used on walkways in road construction, which is the first pic? Thanks.
