Romance7 Simple Ways To Instantly Improve Your Relationship by barryzkween(op): 2:10pm On Feb 11, 2015
Couples, even the happiest ones, can go through periods of time when they feel less close and connected. But reviving your relationship mojo and deepening your bond is easier than you might think. Try these simple, proven ways to give your relationship the little loving boost it needs.

Do something special out of the blue.

Can you name three things that would make your
partner smile right now? If so, do one of them. It doesn’t have to be big. It can simply be a text saying, “You’re amazing,” or giving a 5-minute foot massage at the end of the day or a gift card to his favorite coffee shop. It’s not necessarily about what you do—it’s the fact that you unexpectedly took the time to do something special just for your partner.

Take a trip down memory lane.

Look at photos from when you were a new couple and were falling in love; staring at those happy pics or sharing stories from early on in your relationship will bring up those mushy feelings all over again. “When we experience nostalgia, we tend to feel happier, have higher self-esteem, feel closer to loved ones and feel that life has more meaning,” notes Erica Hepper, Ph.D., a lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Surrey in England.

Cut the tension during an argument.

One of the key strategies in successful relationships is finding ways to smooth things over during a fight, aka high quality “repairs”—meaning using any tactic that de-escalates an argument as it unfolds to keep things from getting out of control. Some ideas: Use humor to tame tension during an argument; put your ego aside, recognize and state that you’re wrong if you are; or simply comment on how communication during the disagreement is going, such as, “I think we’re getting off track here, and I don’t want this to turn into a big fight.”

Get a good night's sleep.

Turns out, a lack of shut-eye makes us act selfishly and take our partners for granted, which doesn’t bode well for our relationships. “Our research found that a poor night’s sleep causes people to prioritize their own needs over others,” says Amie Gordon, a U.C. Berkeley psychologist and lead investigator of the study. “When we tracked study participants over two weeks, we found they reported more gratitude toward their partners on the nights they slept well and less on the nights they slept poorly.” Since we can’t always control how much sleep we get (thanks, snoring dog), try this tactic instead: Make “thank you” an essential phrase in the morning. You can even turn it into a game: You have to say thank you about something before you leave the house.

Break a sweat together.

We’re talking in the gym—not between the sheets (thoughthat’s great, too). Research shows that working out together comes with a slew of relationship-building benefits. “This will definitely impact your sex life because exercising helps people feel better,” says Jane Greer, Ph.D., a marriage and relationship psychotherapist in New York City and author of “What About Me? Stop Selfishness From Ruining Your Relationship.” “It alleviates stress and gives you more energy; you feel better about yourself and your self-esteem increases. If you’re feeling all of that when you’re with your partner, the logical thing is to share that desirability and sexual companionship.”

Eat something.

Low blood sugar levels may make couples more inclined to have an argument, according to research. In other words, hunger can lead to anger—or to put it in slang terms, you get hangry. Before letting into your partner about the dirty dishes in the sink, have an energizing snack that’s a mix of protein and carbohydrates, such as an apple with some nut butter or a piece of low-fat string cheese. Fueling up can help you think more clearly so you don’t blurt out something you don’t mean.
Hold hands. Research shows that nearly 60 percent of Americans wish they had more hand-holding. Holding a loved one’s hand not only keeps you connected to each other both literally and emotionally, but it’s also good for you: Holding hands lowers stress levels by dampening your body’s stress response.

Romance5 Relationship Rules You Should Be Breaking by barryzkween(op): 5:56pm On Feb 08, 2015
Rule Break #1
Never go to bed angry
The best time to fight is when you’re tired and cranky, right? Um, no. “The pure adrenaline rush of a fight can drive you to seek more and more of the same,” says Joy Davidson, Ph.D., a couples therapist in New York City (. And the brain can actually reach a point where it’s unable to process logically and instead, raw emotion takes over. “That’s when you’re just riding the rush and start screaming ‘I want a divorce!’” she says.
Instead: Davidson suggests having a chat with your significant other to establish a time limit
for any future arguments. That way if you find yourself in the middle of a heated discussion (okay, knock-down-drag-out-fight), you’ll keep that limit in mind. “It's a lot like being in a couples therapy session where you know you have to be out the door in an hour,” says Davidson. When one of you notices that you've been going at it for, say, 45 minutes, start wrapping it up by taking turns making summary statements. You can even set a timer for 15 minutes, and when it dings, lights out!

Rule Break #2
Designate a special, weekly date-night
Every relationship article encourages weekly date nights—and you may think that doing something utterly out of this world is a required component. Not so much. Coming up with a prodigious plan is stressful, not to mention expensive. Who has the money to pay for a night on the town plus a sitter these days?
Instead: Take advantage of pockets of time for mini-dates, suggests Marci Fox, Ph.D., a psychologist in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. Order in Chinese after the kids are in bed and cuddle on the couch watching a movie on DVR or sneak out and meet for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. “Whether it’s just the two of you taking a walk around the block or sitting on the back porch watching the sunset, the important thing is to show each other that you care,” says Fox.

Rule Break #3
You must tell each other everything
Sure you need honesty in a relationship, but that doesn’t mean you have to tell your spouse absolutely everything. You backed into another car in the parking lot? Confession required. You bump into the guy you had a torrid affair with before you met your husband? Details not required.
“In our Oprah/Tell-All generation, we think we have to spill our guts all the time,” says Sallie Foley, director of the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate program and co-author of “Sex Matters For Women.” “But the truth is, some things are better left unsaid.”
Instead: Before fessing up, do a gut check: Is what I’m about to say going to come back to haunt me? Is what I’m about to tell him based on guilt? Is this going to make my partner feel better or worse about himself? “Honesty is good, but not causing another person unnecessary pain is good too,” says Foley. So at the mall, look your partner straight in the eye and say, “Yes, I knew him. Different time in my life.” Then do your gut check before deciding whether or not to share more.

Rule Break #4

If you’re not sleeping in the same bed every night, you’re in trouble

In theory, snuggling up in bed beside a loved one is the formula for a perfect night’s sleep. But in reality, two people with different habits can make for a very uncomfortable and annoying night. You may love to read in bed until all hours but your husband likes to turn in early. He may snore; you may toss and turn all night. Think rationally about this: If you’re sacrificing a full night of z’s for a partner who’s sleeping soundly (and noisily!), the physical, emotional, mental and overall health of your relationship will suffer.

Instead: Davidson says one of you needs to bed down elsewhere guilt-free—whether it’s a guest room or the sofa in the living room, someone should put it to good use.

MORE: What's Your Sleep Quality?

Rule Break #5

You always need to see eye to eye on the big decisions

While seeing life exactly the way your partner does would make life infinitely easier—it would also be awfully boring. You and your partner are two different people; you were raised differently, you’re biologically different and no two people see everything the same way. “People confuse harmony with complete agreement,” says Foley. “But look at music—harmony is composed of different music that blends well together,” she adds.

Instead: Big decisions require compromise and collaboration. Take some time to talk it through together. Gather as much information as possible in advance and write down the points you agree upon and those where you differ. Is there any overlap? Do your best to find some middle ground you both can live with.

Nairaland GeneralOMG! Rich White Kid Buys 51 Year Old Nigerian Man As Toy (photos) by barryzkween(op): 4:13pm On Feb 07, 2015
Incredible! A rich white man, Wallace Turnquist recently purchased Ezekiel Akpu-nku from Nigeria as a playmate and servant for this 13-year-old son, Skyler.

“Last year I took Sky on a hunting safari to Africa and he was delighted by the African people,” Wallace Turnquist told WSB-TV.

“How funny they were, how the were always smiling and so eager to please. At first he just wanted to
take one, but I told him kidnapping was illegal. So instead, I bought him one.”

Since slavery and human trafficking are illegal, Turnquist gave Ezekiel a five year employment contract that pays $1,000 per year plus room/board, one day off per month and unlimited snacks. Ezekiel’s contract states that he must do whatever Skyler tells him to do so long as it is not illegal.
“This one time I made him stand on one foot for the entire day,” Skyler Turnquist said. “I also made him eat a spider. He does whatever I say. He’s the best toy ever.”
“I’m very happy to be Skyler’s toy, ” Akpu-nku said. “In Africa I was starving, here, in the land of opportunity, my belly never go hungry.”

Turnquist said Skyler already wants another “African toy” but his father has said no this time.
“I don’t want Sky getting spoiled. If I buy him another African, he’ll just want more. I think owning one African is enough.”

Romance7 Important Things Engaged Couples Should Discuss Before Marriage by barryzkween(op): 1:35pm On Feb 06, 2015
We all know the basic things that every engaged couple talks about before marriage, like finance, family planning, religion, hobbies, likes and dislikes, etc. It is always better to know each other’s point of view on these basic topics before you decide to tie the knot.
However, in today’s time, there are a few lesser-explored topics that we feel, a to-be wed couple should talk about. Though they may seem small, they do have the potential to become troublemakers in a marriage. Therefore, we thought it is more important to cover these points that are silent killers in a relationship, and make you aware of them.

#1. Where do you want to settle down?
There might be several questions on your mind before you marry your partner, and one such is your place of living after marriage. This one goes out especially for couples who might not live with their family, or for the ladies, who might not feel comfortable staying with their in-laws.
Ladies, if you have any apprehensions about staying with your in-laws after marriage, we suggest you to discuss this topic with your partner beforehand.
Well, for the couple who might decide to live away from their parent’s home, here are a few things you must talk about. How will you go about choosing the right location? Will it be decided, by keeping the husband’s workplace location in mind, or the wife’s? Do you want to rent a house or purchase one yourself?
Like these, hundreds of questions might pop up in your mind when you think about settling down. Therefore, have a thorough discussion about it before your wedding and make sure that both of you are on the same page.
#2. What if one of you gets transferred?
It is a very likely scenario in today’s world where one partner might get transferred to a different city or country. Well, if either of you are in a transferrable job, it is important to consider this point before marriage.
If such a scenario arises wherein one of you gets transferred, will your spouse accompany you to the new location, or will you consider passing up on the offer? Also, will your spouse consider taking a transfer (if their office allows), or will they look for a new job? Or, will your partner be willing to give up their career and move with you?
If your partner is not ready to move to a new place, then are you ready to step into a long-distance relationship and make it work? Many such parameters will come into play when you work these questions out, so deal with them well before you get married.
#3. Handling adverse situations
May you never have to see that day, but life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and not all of them have positive outcomes. Adverse situations, such as bankruptcy, sudden death in family, losing your job, etc., are a few of the road bumps for which you two need to prepare well in advance for a smooth journey ahead.
A healthy and thorough discussion on who will bear the expense if any of you lose your job is very important. Also, make it a point to discuss on topics related to financial planning and savings. Amount of saving, as well as, mode of saving (like, investing on property, gold or mutual funds) should also be discussed, beforehand.
#4. Division of household responsibilities
In today’s time when both the partners are working, leaving the responsibility of the household chores on the wife is a little impractical. Thus, a couple must share the responsibilities and talk about division of the same prior to the marriage.
You need to decide upon things such as, cooking, cleaning, doing the dishes, etc., beforehand to avoid false expectations in the future.
#5. Discussing your past
Well, now that you have decided to enter the institution of marriage, it is better to clear your mind of any past incidence(s) that might have an impact on your future. We all know the famous idiom ‘let bygones be bygones’. However, if there is any significant event from your past, which might have an impact on your future, then it is better to reveal it to your partner, before he/she learns it from some other source.
Whether it is about past relationships, family history, medical history, or any other significant experiences of your life, talk to your partner about them. These things will help to form a solid base for your future.
#6. Children and their upbringing
Most couples discuss the correct time to have children and how many kids they want, but inclusion of another important topic to this discussion is also necessary. We are talking about, discussing the parenting style you two wish to adopt when it comes to your child’s upbringing.
What are your personal views on parenting? And, what is your would-be’s point of view? Who will take care of the children in case both of you are working? Also, what are your views on day-care, schooling, and things like that?
#7. Involvement of your parents in marriage
In Indian marriages, parents play a major role and are often the ones who are involved from top-to-toe in a couple’s life. However, sometimes the over-involvement of one’s parents might not go down well with the other partner or their family and it can become a cause of concern.
Sometimes people attribute the over involvement of parents (theirs or their partner’s) as one of the main reasons for marital discord. Therefore, it is better if you can have a thorough and straight discussion about the roles and the degree of involvement of your respective parents in your marriage.
Thus, a healthy discussion on these crucial topics will help you get an insight on your partners’ perspective on marriage. Going forward, it will also help to sort out your difference of opinions and set a fair level of expectations from each other.

FamilyOMG! This Would Move And Encourage You (photo) by barryzkween(op): 10:42am On Feb 04, 2015
Two men were seriously ill. They occupied the same room in the hospital. One of them lied in the bed near the only window in their room. Every day he was allowed to spend some time sitting up in his bed to help draining the fluid from lungs. The other man was forced to spend all his days flat on his back.

They talked a lot about their life, families, jobs, vacations. Every time, when the first man was sitting by the window, he described in detailes
all that he see outside the window. His roommate always looked for those moments, when his world was broadened and brightened up by the world outside.

Amazing views of a park with a beautiful lake could be seen from the window of their room. Children delightfully played among ducks and swans. Couples walked arm in arm among colourful flowers. Also the stunning city skyline could be seen.

When the man by the window had been thoroughly describing all that was happenning outside the window, his rommate would close his eyes and imaged all the beautiful scenes of life that were told to him.

One morning the man, whose bed was near the window, had died peacefully in his sleep. His roommate was very sad.

After some time, when the nurse came to visit him, he asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse agreed and kindly made the switch. When she left, the man slowly and painfully propped himself up on one elbow and took the first look at the world outside. He was stunned. The window faced a blank wall.

When the nurse came to visit him the next time, he told her about beautiful things outside the window that his rommate decribed him. The nurse replied that his rommate was a blind man. She said: „Probably he just tried to encourage you.“

FamilyWife Reveals How She Made Her Husband Impotent For Taking A Second Wife (photos) by barryzkween(op): 1:53pm On Jan 08, 2015
A middle-age childless housewife in Ekwuoma community, Delta State, Mama Patience, has rendered her husband, a 62-year-old farmer, impotent after she reportedly fed him with a prepared concoction.

The housewife, a well known beans cake seller (“akara”) , had on Sunday, confessed to using what was described as ‘remote control’ via concoction to inhibit the function of the husband’s genitals after they had disagreed on inexplicable issues.

Mama Patience, as she is fondly called, had in October 2014 threatened to make life unbearable for the husband whose second wife had complained of abandonment and lack of conjugal attention from the husband, for over five years, a threat that resulted in family meeting where the woman (Mama Patience) was fined two goats and some tubers of yam to appease the gods of the land.

While their quarrel lasted, there were allegations and counter-allegations of telepathy powers being used by Mama Patience, which she dismissed as the handiwork of her enemies.

Sources told Leadership newspaper, that Mama Patience had been married for 24 years to the husband but could not bear a child, a situation that led the husband to take a second wife.

Expectedly, her husband’s marriage to another woman generated bad blood as accusing fingers were allegedly pointed at different directions.

Confessing before a large crowd of persons, the woman said: “Yes, I mixed up a concoction to prove a point to my husband when he told me that he can no longer sleep with me and would rather go back to the second wife. The concoction, which was prepared for me by a native doctor in a neighbouring community, was to render him impotent. He took it and there was result.”

Speaking on the incident, a family member, who did not want his name in print, said that the family resolved to banish her from the community.

FoodHow To Make Nigerian Zobo Drink Aka Zoborodo -photos by barryzkween(op): 11:37am On Jan 02, 2015
Zobo drink is a Nigerian beverage made from dried Roselle plant flowers. The drink is also known as Roselle drink and called Sorrel drink in the Carribean.

Zobo has a sour taste so it can clash with sugars. This why I prefer to keep my Zobo drink as natural as possible hence I use only natural ingredients when preparing the drink. You may add artificial flavours and sweeteners such as Nutri-C and sugar if you wish.
Ingredients for Nigerian Zobo drink

The following are what I used to make 5 litres of Zobo drink. You can get more with the same quantity of ingredients depending on the concentration you want. If you will be using artificial flavours, you need to add more water.
dry zobo leaves

2 De Rica* cups of dry Zobo leaves
1 glove of garlic
1 big piece of ginger
1 big very ripe pineapple
Enough water (watch the video below)

* In Nigeria, when we use up the tomato paste in the 850g tin of any brand of tomato paste, we wash the tin and use it for measuring food items and ingredients. This measuring cup is fondly called De Rica cup because it is the most popular brand of tomato paste. smiley

To garnish:
Fell free to add any sliced citrus fruits of your choice: orange, lemon, lime.

Before you make the Zobo drink

Wash the dry Zobo leaves repeatedly in cold water. Zobo leaves are usually very dusty so make sure you wash off all the dust. It will seem like all the flavours/colour of the zobo are being washed off but don't worry, you will see that the dry zobo leaves still have a lot of the colour intact when you start boiling it.

Wash, peel and cut the pineapple into thin slices. Some people add the peel of the pineapple when making the zobo drink but I don't do this simple because I always think that dirt is stuck in the peels of pineapples smiley
Peel and cut the ginger and garlic into tiny pieces.

Directions for making the Zobo drink

Put the washed zobo leaves into a deep pot.

Add the pineapples and pour enough water to cover the contents of the pot and then some.

Start cooking at medium to high heat and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Add the ginger and the garlic, add more water and keep boiling for at least 30 minutes. This is the time it will take for the zobo leaves to be completely soft and the pineapples tender.

Turn off the heat and set aside to cool down completely.

When cool, wringe out the juice from the pineapples and zobo leaves, leaving only the zobo juice in the pot.

Pour the juice through a sieve to take out the remaining large particles then pour it through a chiffon cloth to remove the tiniest particles.

Add any artificial flavours of your choice at this time and stir.

Pour into bottles and refrigerate.

Serve with ice and garnishing. Enjoy it on a hot sunny day with any snack.

Family[scary Graphic Photos]woman With Maggots Growing In Her VAGINA by barryzkween(op): 12:26pm On Dec 31, 2014
A video of a doctor removing huge maggots from a woman’s vagina went viral on the internet yesterday. Word Star report.
Reports revealed that the woman [name withheld] had unprotected sex and got infected with an STD that resulted in maggots growing in her private part.
The photo shot came with a campaign stressing the need to use condoms. However, a new report have surfaced with claims of what really went wrong.

According to sources by a reader, the woman was actually infected after child birth resulting from negligence by the doctors at the hospital she was delivered of her baby.
A source reported that the woman gave birth in a government hospital in India and unfortunately, the gauze used to stop
bleeding after delivery was forgotten inside her body.
The swab caused an infection in the body of the 22-year-old new mum. Precisely ten days after giving birth she noticed flesh-eating maggots crawling down her legs. Her husband quickly rushed her to the hospital. On arrival at the hospital, she was examined by the doctor who found the swab inside her body.

The doctor reportedly removed the gauze swab, removed the maggots, and gave the woman other necessary treatment.
Recounting her experience, the woman said: “It was very painful. Initially, we thought it was normal to feel sore, but when I saw maggots, we were alarmed and went to the doctor straight away. The reason we did not file a complaint of medical negligence is because we are from a different state and I don’t even know any language other than Oriya. My husband does not have enough time and resources to fight the case.”
According to reports, the lady is well now.
Nevertheless, the need for protected sex cannot be overemphasized. There are killer sexually transmitted diseases out there.

Business wise, D’Banj did well for himself though, with his recent deal being the one he signed with Beats by Dre, however he failed on musical grounds having released more than 4 singles in 2014, Koko Master doesn’t headline any show these days
2. May D
May D seem to be the architect of his own misfortune. Since releasing his debut album, the self acclaimed Sure Boy has been a very lazy artiste, choosing not to put out records every now and then. When he does, he seem to put out
decent records… If he does this constantly, he would have released a hit record in the music year but he was only able to release one single all year, titled Ibadi. The video for the record came out only few weeks ago. If the likes of Davido, Wizkid can be releasing songs almost every month, May D has no excuse for his laziness. He had a fantastic 2013 though.
3. Wande coal
One of the biggest losers this year is Wande Coal. His work ethic also can be questioned. He was able to put out smash singles out in the year with Baby Hello, My Way and Plan B all dropping in 2014 but somehow, Wande Coal failed to match his previous height. The 29 year old still hasn’t released any project since 2009. That is almost 6 years now.
4. HKN GANG [b-red, Sina Rambo, deekay, danagog]
Davido might have achieved musical success for himself however his role as a record label chief has to be questioned. Despite all the cash he has, connect, fame etc, the 22 year old music sensation doesn’t look like he will ever sign a music artiste that can make it in Nigeria’s music scene. All his 4 artistes have released at least 2 singles each in 2014, with all of them featuring him on a song aside Deekay. However, none of the 4 released a radio/club friendly single in 2014.
5. Modenine
Popularly known as Nigeria’s best rapper of all time, Modenine failed in 2014. No show, no endorsement, no hit single, nothing! He even released an album tagged Above Ground Level in July featuring artistes like Ice Prince, Don Jazzy, Reminisce, 9ice… Modenine still didn’t achieve musical success in the year, no wonder he was snubbed at the Headies 2014. The rapper himself admitted music has given him fame and not money in a recent interview.
6. Ruggedman
According to Ruggedman, he kickstarted Nigeria’s music revolution, but he has never been part of the revolution. The rapper also rolled out singles in 2014 with the most “successful” featuring another artiste who made this list Wande Coal (Bad combination)… The rapper isn’t getting gigs and awards however. Ruggedybaba is making money from his clothing line though.
7. Vector
Vector swore he is going to make a comeback with his 2014 mixtape, #A7 was released in September 1st and till date none of the records on the tape has gone viral. He recently released a video for one of the songs, Shiga. Business wise, Vector did cash out though, he was able to sign a deal with Vitafoam according to reports.
8. Kayswitch
Kayswitch: Another year another disappointment from Kayswitch. Widely believed to be more talented than his brother D’Banj, Kayswitch still hasn’t made a name for himself in Nigeria’s music scene since Mo’Hits era.
9. TONTO DIKEH
It appears Tonto Dikeh has given up on her quest to be a music star. The 29 year old signed into D’Banj’s DB records label in 2014… She released a single under DB Records imprint but ever since, her momentum and passion seem to have vanished. Poko Baby has since returned to her first love acting. Her label boss D’Banj also made this list.
10. Samklef
Producer Samklef couldn’t get his music career going in 2014. Despite picking fights with Wizkid for publicity reasons, the former hitmaker had a negligible music year. He released an album, droped 5 singles, 3 music videos… Still his music year was nothing to write home about.

Romance6 Places You Will Not Find Your Future Husband Or Wife - by barryzkween(op): 2:53pm On Dec 26, 2014
I am always pleased to hear the stories of happy, confident men and women of God who had no prospect in sight for marriage and then meet a person who they enter into a courtship with. It’s a blessing to see how being happy alone allows them to have healthy relationships.
Over the years, I’ve heard many men and women say things like “there are no good men or women” or “good men or women are hard to find.” However, there are many places you may meet your future husband or wife. Responsible dating is definitely one way that could lead to that.

However, today I want to share some places you should avoid! There are places where your future husband will likely never show up.
Here are 6 places you will NOT find your future Husband or Wife:

1. In Your Dreams – There is nothing wrong with considering the type of man or woman you
should marry. However, if you find yourself excessively daydreaming and fantasizing about a man or woman… you are creating a situation where you are not choosing to love, but instead dreaming of romance and superficial things. Instead, use this time to focus on you and become the type of person you desire to marry. Become the person you want to marry.

2. At a Gender-Bashing Session – Human nature makes it easier to identify and focus on the bad in people. However, if you desire to get married, you must learn to see the redeeming qualities of men and women;practice the principles of grace and forgiveness. Besides, what man would want to willingly open his heart and life to a woman he knows would so quickly see (and vigorously share) his faults?

3. In the Middle of Emotional Rage – As I’ve mentioned before, men desire a simple woman and women desire a man with vision. Part of this simplicity and vision is stability. It’s natural to get upset or disappointed from time to time, but if you are unable to communicate those senses in a mature way, it is unlikely they will be committing the rest of their life to you.

4. In a Moment of Desperation – Desperation is a purely emotional response. You can’t follow God’s will for your life and respond to this emotion at the same time. As my Pastor once told me years ago in Minister Training, “Wisdom says wait; emotions say hurry.” Another way to think about it is, “God gently leads you and satan drives you to emotion.”

5. At the End of Nagging – Proverbs 21:19 says it is “better to live in a dessert than with a quarrelsome and nagging woman.” Ladies, if you want to be a wife, learn to communicate your point in a loving and respectful way (regardless of the circumstance).

6. Wherever You are “Hunting” for Him – Proverbs 18:22 says, “Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing…”. This does not mean women are to just sit around at home waiting for the doorbell to ring (See “Do You Hide Behind Faith to Avoid Having a Relationship?”). However, it does mean the man is to be the primary leader regarding the direction of the relationship, especially when you begin courting. (Read “27 Things You Need To Know About Courtship”).

Closing thought:

If you want to be married, just know… it is more important for you to invest time into preparing yourself to be a wonderful wife and individual than it is for you to focus on getting to the alter or making someone your husband. Do your part to date responsibly, get to know people, and seek God’s guidance in moving forward with relationship decisions.

Nairaland GeneralLadies, Will You Wear Underwear That Supplies Electricity? (photos) by barryzkween(op): 9:33am On Dec 22, 2014
Ladies will you wear a bra or a pant that emit light in darkness? I still don’t understand the concept but I hear it is suppose to help your man find you even if NEPA or PHCN disappoint, lol. In fact, your man doesn’t need to fiddle with the light to strap off your bra or even get down there. So ladies, will you wear this? Guys do you find this is sexy?

FoodChapman : How To Make Chapman (nigerian Special Cocktail) --photos by barryzkween(op): 6:55pm On Dec 21, 2014
Nigerian Chapman is to Nigeria, as Sangria is to Spain&Portugal.
Even though both cocktails are almost alike, Nigerian Chapman has a unique zesty taste which makes it stand out from other drinks.

Chapman is one of Nigeria's popular and most sort after drinks and isalso easy to prepare, here's how to do it.

Ingredients for Nigerian Chapman

This makes 4 (150ml) Tall glasses

- 33 cl(330ml) Fanta (chilled)
- 33cl (330ml) Sprite (chilled)
- 4 to 5 tablespoonful Ribena or Blackcurrant or Grenadine syrup(enough to give the Chapman its unique ''reddish-pink'' color)
- A quarter teaspoon Angostura aromatic bitters
- 12 to 15 Ice cubes( Or more)
- 1 Lemon (or to taste)
- 1 Orange (or to taste)
- 1 small Cucumber (or to taste)
- Tall glasses, tumblers or cocktail glasses for serving

Tip: to prepare Nigerian Chapman for kids you can omit the angostura bitters because it contains 45% alcohol.
If you can't find Angostura bitters, make use of Peychaud’s bitters or Orange bitters.

Preparation:

1a. Before you make Chapman, make sure you have all the ingredients ready.
- First, prepare the ice cubes or ice block.
- Slice your lemon, orange and cucumber into rounds or quarters and set aside.

1b. In a glass jug or bowl, pour in the ice cubes then add the Fanta and Sprite and mix together.

2. Add a tablespoonful of Grenadine syrup or Ribena or blackcurrant(this is what gives the Nigerian Chapman its reddish-pink color).

3. Add the Angostura aromatic bitters, mix well, and finally add the lemon, cucumber and orange slices and serve in a tumbler or cocktail glass with a straw.

Tips for preparing Nigerian Chapman
- The drink should be made and served immediately because the ice cubes tends to dissolve and dilute the drink, making the drink watery and kinda tasteless.
- The fizz (effervescence) from the carbonated drinks(fanta&sprite) also adds to the unique taste of the drink and if left for a long time, the drinks will lose all that gas.
- Add the Angostura aromatic bitters bit by bit, until you get your desired taste.

CrimeViewers Discretn Advised]doctor Caught R@ping Patient Before Performing Abortion by barryzkween(op): 5:13pm On Dec 07, 2014
This weird gruesome video you are about to watch shows the Ghanaian Quack ‘Dr.’ Joshua Drah, the medical assistant who had been illegally operating an illegal abortion clinic called Universal Mission Clinic where he conducts series of abortions while sleeping with some of his clients.

The video also show clearly Young girls who went to his clinic for abortions, and while performing the illegal abortion with un-sterilized HIV equipment, he will tell them that there’s a membrane covering their vagina and his hands can’t get to it, so he needs to use his penis to open it up [sharp man you can say].

While the girls’ legs are strapped, he will remove his pants, insert his pen!s and r@pe them without any protection. After satisfying his foolish self will continue the abortion.

Infact no need for long story. Finally his $ex or lets say abortion surgery(lolz) video has surfaced. The raw footage was all captured on tape by a Ghanaian journalist who went undercover.
