Yeah, each organization has its rules. But I need to get something clear: what do you mean by "relate with" their staff?
Do you mean "interact with" or have "familial ties with?"

Review your link profile and delete all links that may be coming from link farms and other unethical avenues (if there are any).

Then, send a reindexing request to Google through Google Webmaster Tools.

Do you use Google Webmaster Tools? If you do, check your messages, it's very likely that Google sent you a warning prior to the slapping.
