ovieigho: This is an eye opener to the FG
kudos to Lagos for taxing anything taxable, even a qiosk owner in computer village is paying tax not to talk about all the multinationals that have their head offices in Lagos.
if Ekiti or osun want to Generate IGR who will they task ? the famers or the hunters?
if bayelsa , delta want to Generate IGR who will they task ? fishermen or militants?
what am saying is every fire power of a country is concentrated in Lagos alone which is not good for massive and even development among the states of the federation.
Lagos and Ogun state having industries and head offices coupled with massive migration from other states make them at the advantage and nothing special.
FG should give attentions to other states and by then we won't be having 20millon people in Lagos and 1million ,or even 500 thousands from osun and ekiti respectively. Exactly, and who will government of imo, ebonyi and enugu tax?..palm wine tappers and drinkers?.There is nothing in Lagos that is not in rivers state. There so many reasons why lagos is 20million and like 1million or 500 000 from ebonyi and enugu respectively! |

Lilcozy: A business tycoon in Anambra, Dr. Richard Ndubuaku, has sued the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and its pioneer, Nnamdi Kanu at the Federal High Court in Abuja over their arrangement to blacklist the inevitable gubernatorial race of the state.
He is looking for a directive from the court in the suit with number FHC/ABJ/CS/756/2017 to control Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB from boycotting the Anambra State governorship decision planned to hang on November 18.
As per Ndubuaku if Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB are permitted to continue with the arranged decision blacklist, it could come about into unsalvageable harms to him and other blameless resident who have properties and organizations in Onitsha and other piece of the state.
In an oath he removed to help the suit, the offended party told the court that Kanu and other IPOB individuals have more than once influenced articulations and dangers to stop any type of decision in Anambra To state and Igbo arrive.
“The litigants (first and second) are fit for completing their danger, and if this happens, many lives will be lost. What’s more, properties pulverized, which will incorporate that of the offended party.

CHESTER48: ndo.. Uptil now u don't even understand what you wrote with your own hand.. 80 % of 90% population. Lol. % is always over 100..when u hear percent u talk 100.now u said 80%of 90% igbos that own lagos. U simply saying 90% of igbos are in lagos over 100% Igbo.. Making it just 10% percent for Afọnja. Lol. Go to school no.
When we say "Percent" we are really saying " per 100". One percent (1%) means 1 per 100. 1 in 100... So 90 in 100.of igbos own lagos. Simple. Afọnja come see what your stupid broda is here disgracing himself..
Modified ** solution 90/100 * 80 = 7200/100 = 72
Now answer is 72.now the remaining goes to the Afọnja. Lol
Those people can lie with pacentage meeeeehn. if its possible for yIGBOs to steal lagos and place it beside ebonyi.I swear, they will do it......their jealousy towards lagos is legendary! |

Opakan2: It's not your fault really.. If not for Tinubu who marginalized Lagosians in Lagos to please igbos cos of his presidential ambition.
If not why should the likes of Joe Igbokwe, Ben akabueze and co. go near Lagos politics when Lagosians are still alive. Can that ever happen in the East for a non indigene to hold political office? No.
Right thinking Yoruba leaders from Awolowo to Jakande, Fashola and Ambode know the right thing to do but Tinubu out of personal vendetta sold out Lagos to Igbos. Same Igbos are now dealing with him calling him all sort of names. Serves him right a million times. yIGBOs are very ungrateful set of people.I dont ever think they could take treat tinubu that way.well,no one can ever believe FFK can suddenly become their hero! They will never admit their weakness and tackle it.They will rather dwell in a world of delusion, boasting and chest beating of 75% or 60% or 40% ownership(in mbaka voice) of other people's achievements.
