I could remember when I first joined nairaland in the early 2010.whenever the ACN is shouting fashola,the only epitome of excellence PDP and niger deltans had then was Amechi.I could remember thread like "Amaechi's portharcourt". he suddenly became a bad person to the niger deltans just because he fight against the 16>19 oppression of GEJ.how hypocratic PDP and niger deltan were.They will never condemn GEJ for that single act but always quick at calling Amaechi a betrayal.which betrayal is worse than 16>19 of GEJ. Amaechi case was a perfect example of "lets call a dog name to nail it". |

I see grammy award as American musicians music award.According to grammy,American musicians are the best in the whole world.mtcheew. GRAMMY IS OVERHYPED. There are so many Nigerian songs that would have won a grammy award if it were to be recorded by an American artiste...African queen,if love is a crime,rich and famous,style plus classics,some dare art alades songs,dbanj's on top of the world,celebrate,...etc. for example,what is so special in one dance.I knew Adele's hello will not have won any Grammy if it were to be recorded by a nigerian. 2 Likes |

Ibadan was the succeeding empire to oyo empire and has been making use of iron roofing sheet before the majority of Nigerian city will ever think of using one.hence,the brown roofs in the old part of the city.mind you,ibadan was described as a city the first time lord lugard stepped on ibadan soil.ibadan is so large that a single shot cant capture the whole city.you can only compare your cities like enugu that was founded by the whites in the early part of the 20th century with the younger part of ibadan that has the same age with it. 1 Like |
