A real competition has landed for Redmi in Nigeria.

Realme, is not like oppo, vivo, Tecno, Infinix. .

They create high quality products (international standard) with relatively low price. . Just like Xiaomi (Redmi).

I agree, that Redmi already has a huge global and Nigerian market share, however, for the first time, a close competion has arrived to fight with them from China. It will take time thou.

Chinese brands will take over the world coz of declining standard and cost of living globally. . esp. Africa.

In the accessories space, we already brands like Anker, Ugreen, Baseus emerging as global kings. .

Samsung and Apple are the only 2 brands above Chinese phone manufacturers in sales. . In the next few years, the story will most likely change.

What I love about Chinese is that they know how to adaot extremely well with Africa and it's peculiar system.

If you want it very corrupt, they give u, if you want it low or mid standard they give you. . If you want international standard, they also give you. .

That is why I can vouch that their companies will easily survive and be profitable even with the Nigerian process. .

Is the government that suppose to revamp atleast 2 refineries. And reduce the price of fuel of the 2refineries, thos making a competitive environment against Dangote refinery. Dangote wouldn't have a choice then to reduce his fuel price.

If you think that a govt owned refinery can be revamped to work in Nigeria, then you are on a long thing. Even those facilities are already obsolete.

The best viable that can happen is for new refineries to be built (by private set-ups) and compete with Dangote.

If importation of the product will be cheaper for independent marketers or NNPCL, please engage that path and cut off Dangote coy.
