Creativity had to come to play on the Ikorodu road's case because it was done on an already existing road

In Oshodi, the road has been expanded, a lot of buildings had to be brought down to make this happen.

Only issue is the government has not made any serious attempt to compensate property owners yet.

I never said govt owns all the land, don't put words in my mouth and I don't need to read the land act. What I said is very simple: if your property is in the govt's right of way, they will bring it down. Whether there an actual right of way or not (to create a road to your house according to you) is a different issue.

None has violated any rule.

Govt simply needs the space to expand the road. They have said they will be compensating everyone, but as it is- they ain’t showing any serious yet.
