Apostle says the lady runs an African store, is a stripper, and leads the life of a commercial sex worker.

The lady claims she is none of the three, all she does is to entertain musically and directed us to her YouTube page.

Now the dude you quoted decides to stick to Apostle's side of this story for whatever reason.

Please what is logical about that reasoning?

Ooh okay!

Down here, that form is always attached to the confirmation letter.

Ohh well. . . . . . this is based on my experience.

Gwinnett Medical centre in 2015 and Eastside Medical Centre 2017

Out of curiosity, what proofs do you take along with you to claim BC"s at a Vital office?

Thanks for the reply. Because I emailed the US border patrol a few weeks ago and they said that there is nothing stopping me from entering the US except a criminal record which, if severe only, they might need to take action. I live in the US but I want to go to London for vacation this summer and I have a green card. Just reading all these news and they are quite scary .

I am not understanding all these stories.

I don't have a green card. All I have is a visa. I didn't even spend up to 5 minutes with the V.O. Plus the Hartsfield–Jackson airport looked so calm to me and this was just about 10 days ago.

Am I missing something.

Ehen Baslone, this is how to go about it. Use this one coz I got it all jumbled up. My apologies. Pregnancy brain

nefertitiram:

1. 1st copy is about $20 or $23, extra copy is about $5,
2. You can fill the form online at travel.state.gov save as PDF n print. Expedited US passport is $165. If father is not around he should print out and fill a ds5053 and get it notarized and Dhl to her. She will add it to her supporting documents.

Nigerian passport is where money order is concerned.

I gotcha!

Like I said, I think it happened at the American passport. This is what I saw on the website.

Applying at a Passport Acceptance Facility
Application Fee and any Additional Services Fees:

Checks (personal, certified, cashier's, traveler's) and money orders payable to "U.S. Department of State"
Credit and debit cards CANNOT be accepted

$25 Execution Fee Paid Separately:

Money orders at all locations, payable as instructed by the facility
Personal checks and cash (exact change only) at some locations

Credit cards at U.S. postal facilities and some other locations
*Please verify acceptable payment methods with the acceptance facility ahead of time.

Anyway, that's the least of the problem will solve that when I get to the bridge

You pay cash or card. You and money order sef lol. American passport is $165. I think it's extra for expedited. For Nigerian passport, I can't remember the process. It's been 2 years. Check my posts from 2015.

grin grin

Dont mind me

Actually, I had an experience sometime in 2015 as well- Can't remember which exactly but I think it was the American Passport- I was turned back to go get a money order.

Meanwhile why use Dr Soyoola? All these over priced naija Drs....tufia. lol

We had a nice experience with him the last time and nothing has changed really.

I Actually went for his Full package- he provides accommodation by the side, peeps in to check on you medically from time to time while his wife has a standby car to take you to wherever you want to go whenever you want to.

PS: Thanks for the info! Appreciate

Bro/sis, pls share ur visa/poe transcript, ur bils etc, dats ow dis thread grows.

The funny thing is I have gone through the process before, too bad I am quite forgetful on details hence my question.

That said. . . .

Same doctor Dr Emmanuel Soyoola- bill now $3,150(Labs, Ultrasound, Prenatal office visits, Vaginal delivery)

Made payment of $3,600 to Eastside Medical Center(waiting for final bill-possibly by tomorrow),

Epidural $950(Totalis $1,950 but discounted if prepaid),

Pediatrician $600 for 2 days hospital stay.

For Visa transcript, See below the post I shared Jan 10th 2015 on the locked thread!

My interview was quite brief and interesting. Wifey and I went to the consulate dressed simple in shirts and sneakers. Tension was quite high.

The lady V.O was just dashing almost everybody while the man was refusing everyone before us but one. He didnt even put up a smile. In my heart I was praying to avoid him and i guessed every other person was. The only person he issued a visa was a young girl and she spent almost 20 minutes with him.

Unfortunately, my prayer wasnt answered- we were summoned to his stand. My heart was beating, my throat was dry because of the crazy harmattan.

We: Good afternoon

VO: Good afternoon, so what do you want to go and do in the U.S

Wifey: To have our baby

VO: where?

Wifey: Atlanta

VO: how long do you intend to stay?

Wifey: 10 weeks

VO: You look quite young, you guys married?

ME: yes (flashed him my diamond studded ring. Last time i wore a wedding ring was over a year)

VO: interesting, so how long have you been married?

Wifey: two and half years.

VO: any letter from the doctor?

Me: yes sure (passed him letters from Dr Soyoola and receipt of payments to doctor and hospital)

Me: i have email correspondence from Gwinnett Medicals here too if you insist.

VO: no thats fine, can i see your statement of account.
(I had a huge bulk that couldnt pass under his demarcation so i divided it into half and as i was passing it over to him)

VO: and what do you do for a living?

Me: I am a. . . .

VO: wooow! (Smiles for the first time), you mean you . . . (Starts talking about my business)., You guys make a lotta money.( scans through the statement)

Me: (smiling now too) yes we do and i own the company.

VO: that's great. That means you must be very rich.
(VO, wifey and myself burst into laughter)

Me: Yes I am ( still laughing)

VO: i tell you what, you can pick up your visas on Monday.
(Turned to my wife, passing her 2 typed sheets)

VO: i want you to study this and make sure you follow the instructions accordingly when you traveling.

Me: (talking to wifey) shey u can hear oo

VO: naah! You have to listen too. You impregnated her so you have to lead her all the way.
(VO, wifey and myself burst into laughter again as we turned to leave)

Wifey: did you say Monday? (Every other person that were granted visas were told Tuesday, so she had to re-confirm)

VO: yes Monday

We: alright thanks (smiling)

And that was it.

You are not a visa officer. grin

You don't have any business going to the embassy with your mum. Except she needs an interpreter and they'll provide one.
Let her fill her form and reason should be to look after you and her grandchild. Give her your receipts in case they ask. Your data page, visa copy and your previous child's data page.
You don't have to go with hr to hold her hand. She'll be fine.

Hello Shawbabe, I know I can get most of this information on the thread but I am already suffering from information overload. Can you run me through the following.

1. Had my baby on Wednesday, Eastside Medical Atlanta- Filled the BC form on thursday. Thinking of approaching the Vital office office tomorrow Monday to pick it up.- Do I have to do a money order for this or I can pay right there and then? Any form of documentation I need to go along with?

2. Passports- Do I need to make any form of online applications before I approach their offices? If yes- can you help with the links? I would love to do money orders before I approach these offices as well- do you know the exact cost to expedite both the Nigerian and American passports?

Thanks

She should hire a sales boy/girl to help her manage her business and go ahead and take the job. If a relative is living close to her shop, she can ask them to help her monitor the sales boy/girl activities from time to time.

It's more productive when you put all your eggs in one basket and watch over it. Your business basically turns to make or break for you.

Ain't nothing like a "side business" if you are looking to breakout from what you do. It's either you are here or there! You can't seat on the fence and expect to break even.

That it was made in china does not mean the Chinese own it.

Due to the cheap labor and cost of production in China, all you need do is Pay up, Give them a sample and description of what you want, they will produce it in bulk, load it in containers and ship to your location.

After that, you are on your own.

Stop arguing with emotion. Mercedes has been producing cars for decades before BMW ever made its first car. So what the poster said has nothing to do with your X6 or what.

Who is getting emotional right here? grin grin

Well, according to wikipedia Mercedes Benz was founded in June 1926 (90 years ago) and the BMW was founded March 1916 (100 yrs ago)

By the way all I was citing an example of where BMW made a car way before Mercedes made a prototype of same car so the issue of BMW copying Benz is completely off it.

leaders? No you the citizens of Nigeria change your mindset. Where do the leaders comes from is it not from the citizens? It is shameful that, 90% of Nigeria population including you can't even think properly. If you read comments on Nairaland you will understand what I mean most times out of 200 comments the only reasonable ones will be less than 10. How can a country develop, when 90% of it's citizens cannot think right.

all those states aforementioned are core north Hausa/Fulani states with sub tribes.. there is nothing like middle belt in Nigeria's constitution.

so stop deceiving yourself

Core north? Hausa/Fulani? What are you saying?

It seems you don't know why they are referred to as middle belt. - It's because the states are populated by minority ethnic groups and they also draw the line between the Islamic North and the mainly Christian south.

You claim there is nothing in the constitution like middle belt, yet you contradict yourself by Calling Edo State a middle belt state. Meanwhile, it really does not have to be in the constitution before they are referred to as such!

Atiku is a Fulani, IBB is not. If you have ever lived in the north, you'll know not all northerners are Hausa/Fulani.

Get some knowledge bro

Theres nothing like middle belt in niger state... if u said kogi or probably edo state or even Abuja but certainly not Niger state.

Edo? Oga how nah? No dey spread false knowledge!

Middle belt states are Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Plateau, Taraba, Adamawa, Nasarawa as well as Niger State!
