From my experience, people like that man are usually the worst when it comes this kind of business or anything that involves payment from time to time. They will skip payment & complain of one family issue or the other & u can't do shyt...cause of "familiarity".

So I have this money have been saving to-get a land just few hundreds to the million at hand will get me a land but then again a customer and someone have known in my area has been out of work for months now, he is far older than me, I do give him money to feed whenever he ask or tell me he hasn’t eaten since morning. And last two weeks he finally asked me to help him if I can get keke and hire to him while he returns weekly till payment is completed, instead of me giving him 500 or 1000 for food!

I wanna ask if keke business is really lucrative like it used to be before ?

Should the land wait while I help a man ?

My suggestion is a brake switch, but I might be wrong since your vehicle is able to shift from park to drive (might have been bypassed)

thank you sir for your swift response, yes all cannot be bad at the same time the left and right are bad the rear windshield light is the only one working and that’s what the cars at my back sees when I apply brake which I’m not really comfortable with.

Good morning boss my Camry 09 back light doesn’t come on, if I apply brake none of the light comes on but at night if I put the full headlight on the right side of the back and parking light comes on. Took it to mechanic (rewire) he check and said my back light led is dead I should buy a new back light!

Please boss any advise ?

It's my third car and I currently have 2 so I believe I have enough experience to advice you on this.
Saving 2 years to buy a supposed dream car is a waste of time. Why? Cuz before the end of that 2 years, your taste will change, unforseen circumstances will take the money you've saved from you and other unplanned factors. And you will get confused.
Just go for it. Get a quick loan from work and buy it. Pay back with the 100k a month you intend to save. I'm sure your company will take it out of your salary before paying the rest. All salary earners do that. You won't be the first.
Those of us that buy cars outright are the business owners, company owners and others are yahoo Boys and celebrities. They hit the money once, they buy the dream car but it's different in your case cuz you're a stead salary earner. Just follow the trend in your field. Take a car loan from work and pay back with your salary.
I know many will say it's a bad advice but you should be wise.

Another advice is to do with I did... Start small, use for a short time while you're saving for another, sell the one you're using, add money to it and buy another that's better than the previous one, repeat the process until you can afford your dream car.

Op, two options use a rogue police officer to intimidate the agent and landlord or play easy with them. Either way recovery of your money depends on how they respond to your move.

I don’t usually like violence.... never done no one wrong and I see no reason why this lawyer will do me wrong! I’m going easy and the next time I will call him I will make it known to him that he is being wicked

Hello good morning!
I was angry and searching for an apartment last month due to some small wahala and no freedom at home, which I got an agent who took me to a pack out vacant house, I was really looking for a new house and all have seen for room and parlor was small size and very expensive... until this one big parlor and bedroom with two toilet (those was why I wanted it ) I went there at night and didn’t really see the building well or the backyard as I was only after getting the big parlor. Long story short!

I spoke with the lawyer of the house and made payment and after a week the key was given to me and I went there the next day being first of this month of June..... only to have bad taste about the house and building! the compound is tiled aside the main backyard which have palm tree and the landlord stays in the same building opposite the apartment I paid for. That tree alone discouraged me more and the water doesn’t run upstairs unless u come down to fetch from 2 storey building o (only the landlord dey receive running water upstairs cause he has a separate tank and pump only for himself while the tenant doesn't want to use their own prepaid meter or fuel the gen to pump water according to the lawyer). The work to be done and paint all just discouraged me and I called the agent and told him about my mind that I no longer want the house and dropped the key with him to get another tenant.

He told me if it is so only house rent of 280k will be refunded and not the agent and agreement 110k...I told him if so let them eat the 110k and get me the rent money back by renting it out.... I can wait till this month end..

Today he called that I should inform the lawyer since all the people he has shown the house to doesn't like the arrangements of using my name and not theirs. I called the lawyer and I told him my company I work with has transferred me to ikorodu I no longer need the house and he was rude and told me they no longer do such that I should lock the apartment for a year. ( Note I have never met with the lawyer nor have I been given the tenancy agreement doc or reciept of payment...only met with the landlord with my agent and the landlord said all transactions goes to the lawyer)


I don't care about the apartment or the agreement money...na my 280k for the rent I want back...what to do? I just need refund

No need for a long story, I got married 2 yrs ago, during our friendship I mean courtship it was very sweet and lovely, we got married 2 yrs ago and I have 1 kid.

The problem I have is that, the girl's family come to greet almost every time and when they come they eat like elephant, anything eatable they eat it, they don't use eyes to see bread tea or butter in my room, they will finish it within a day, I will end up spending a lot during the time, when I noticed that it becomes offen i started telling my wife that I am broke, I don't have money. Although my wife is very nice she earns salary of 40k a month, and do funds and cook many times with her money.

Before now I was it okay, we are like a family, now i just realized that it is making me not think straight within a week oil and cooking things we bought will just finished the cartoon of indomitable that last the 2 of us before 1 month or month plus will just finish within 4 days of thier stay, some time 3 of her family will come once and another set will come again, my wife is the first daughter, the poor parents gave birth to 9 kids all in the name of looking for a boy, so she said although the 2 boys are number 7 and 9 position, her parents should be around man 60s and the woman 45yrs old. so now I am tired of the marriage, I don't know how to talk to my wife about it, that I don't like how thier family do come offend since we got married, my families has never come to sleep over in my place for a night talkless of spending holiday in my place my parents gave birth to only 3 of us 2 boys 1 girl.

Now i am just tired I can't be responsible for someone else burden why give birth to many kids and unable to train them, i plan to have only 2 or 3 kids only, and her family want to make me be like thier father sitting at home doing nothing depending on pension for survival, i have realized that I can't achieve what i should have achieved if i continue life this way.

Before our marriage, we agreed no family members is coming to stay with us, the issue now is they don't stay but come to eat and go, it's a big cheating to me I am tired for real, even if I say I don't have money and she use her own. The money should have be able to do other important thing . She spending is also affecting me a lot, we should have been able to buy land or car or live well, not feeding battalion. I am tired please I need advice on what to do.
