@Justwise and family please look into this:
Sponsor has just the flight ticket confirmation and of course dated pictures for 5 visits to me altogether but no boarding passes or stamps on passport as she has both Nigerian and British passports...
1. Are we fine with just the ticket confirmations
2. Does she have to include bio data copy of both passports as well or just the British one? |

Y blza: If you are referring to prepaid return bag.. This is for the return of your supporting docs. This should be included in the package containing supporting docs that the sponsor will send to Sheffield. It will be addressed to the sponsor and postage cost paid . I will advise you check the envelope or mail bag can hold same amount of docs you are sending to sheffield and the amount paid enough to post parcel of that weight.
All our supporting docs (sponsors and applicants) was returned including photocopies. Thanks for detailed explanation...God bless! |

blza: You can address to whom it may concern You can address to ENtry Clearnace Officer
It doesn't matter.
In my opinion, Letter from bank should be addressed to whom it may concern Employer can be addressed either way. Mine was addressed to ECO at Sheffield Thanks a lot! Please one more question about the self addressed envelope...who needs this and what exactly is it for? |

They should provide you with timings @justwise and co...please look through and advise if these are enough to satisfy accommodation requirements Thank you! The inspection report will be done by the coming week For £120 * wife will include living arrangement in the cover letter * letter from landlord(mom) stating living arrangement * utility bills (all in landlords name) * property inspection report |

Anyone in your shoes would be nervous as well...just keep calm n keep up hope for the best...fingers crossed you'll smile at the end You'd have to get your package to see if it is granted or not Wordings of the email can't tell you what the outcome is as opposed to what some people have believed and found to be untrue over time Good luck |

Portsmouth86: Is the house owned? or council?
*Letter from mother to state happy for you to live there and specify size of property & how many people live in the property *I would include a photo of each room
if its a council property then a letter from the landlords to confirm you can reside at the property.
your wife will not need to show house bills, her bank statements will show this address. Thank you! House is owned |

blza: Letter from the landlord stating she lives with her, if she isn't paying any rent that should also be stated and that she has no tenancy agreement as she doesn't pay rents or bills. Also the letter should state you can live there without problems and living agreements unaffected. If she can be added to a bill , good . If not , it's not a biggie at all.
Also I believe her letters are addresses to that address , right?
You must include the a property inspection report . This is required when living in a shared accommodation to prove there isn't any over crowding .the report also does number/show names of people living in the accomodation
In addition , let ur wife mention the living arrangement in her cover letter if she is putting one. The key is to be as clear as possible so the person processing your application understands your situation as you may not be called for an interview. All the best Thank you so much for detailed advice. Yes...all her letters go to same address. We will also try get her name on any of the bills. Please can you advice on how long it took to get the inspection done and the procedure...house is in Essex. |

hi guys...its very impressive how you all help each other out here. I have learnt a lot just by reading through...thank you all!
My wife is British. We are planning to make our application in a couple weeks. All other documents and requirements are met and readily available, we only need some clarifications as per accommodation. Please can you advise what documents are sufficient for accommodation as my wife lives with her mother at the moment in a 2 bed house mainly because I am not there with her yet. Please note she doesn't have any utility bills to her name in the said apartment. Her phone is pay as you go.
Would - a letter from the landlord (her mother) stating I can live with them - all utility bills ie water, electricity, tv licence - birds eye view Be sufficient
OR
Would you rather advise she goes ahead to rent an apartment for us and include just the tenancy agreement and birds eye view as bills can't yet be provided at the targeted time of application?
PLEASE HELP!!! |
