hello just to share the good news with you that the decision to refuse husband's visa has been overturned today and he has been asked to send in his passport and TB test certificate. Thanks so much for your help and advise. You are doing a great job on here. you would not believe is thanks to you that I gathered the courage to contact my MP as my solicitor refused that it was not a good idea to contact MP and I did all my paper work my self and sent to the Home office and the MP.
thanks so much I am so over the moon. Honestly some of these solicitors are goats just wanting to eat peoples money because he wanted my case to go to court so he could represent me and make money but I have a law qualification and worked with a law firm for years so did my paper work alone. they got paper work two days ago and overturned the decision today. thanks once more and may god bless you Congratulations!!! |

AdaNewbie1290: Does it mean I will have to send my passport photograph to hubby? Thanks for the info You are welcome No they don't need it at all...they don't take it anymore. They have your picture from biometrics already. Good luck! |

AdaNewbie1290: Passport photograph too. The sponsor can submit the IELTS straight to Sheffield . Depending on the TLS center you use, some of them refuse to collect the IELTS certificate. They've stopped taking passport photographs well as at mid April at VI. I think it's one of the new changes they made in how they operate |

tunderule2016: Thank you please cross everything ooo... Here is what i received on FRIDAY..... The 2 days holiday delayed everything but i go update house as soon as anything pop up... Thanx again bruv..
Your Visa Application: VAF 259xxx Dear MY FULL NAME,
Regarding Visa Application: GWF0390xxxxx For: MY FULL NAME
A decision has been made on your UK Visa application. Your application will be dispatched shortly from the Decision Making Centre in Sheffield, UK. If anyone contacts you advising that your application is still under consideration or that they can influence the outcome of your application in any way, they cannot - please report any such approach to VisaSheffield@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. What I meant was after the bio, they notify you via email when they get ur documents at Sheffield from Lagos (not supporting docs) Was there a VAF no on the email or just the GWF? And is it same with the one in the 'decision made' email? |

I use smile 4g unlimited access. Its amazingly fast and I've downloaded over 70gb worth of data. Works for me How Will this work anywhere in Nigeria...? |

justwise: If that is all then submit it because there is nothing else you can do.
3,000 pages full log OR 300 pages 1 day/week?
You can make screenshot of the FaceTime call log capturing the entries
Yes I have been making screenshots for the last one month now but I can't get past few days in FaceTime call log |
Travel › Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Batba1: 10:26pm On Apr 03, 2016 |
Justwise and all...please advise...
we use FaceTime for voice n video calls so we can't extract log for the entire duration...
as per iMessage and whatsapp chat logs...do you think one conversation per week is sufficient enough? That's the only log we have and its way more than 3,000 pdf pages long for three years.
1 day per week chat = A little over 300 pages Raw chat log for 3 years = more than 3000 pages
What do you think? |

Portsmouth86: when the applicant hands in their documents at biometrics, they are given a check list with what they need when collecting the passport back. Thanks! |

justwise: Both has to be stamped, the Nigeria one when she entered Nigeria and the British one when exiting. Oh no...no stamp on the British one at all...only the Nigerian one was stamped in n out...I think coz there's no visa on it |
