Beautiful i must say... the reason for your choice is well in line. One good thing is that.... the nurses and attendants.... Yes attendants!!! that we don't respect here always have their ways in foreign lands.
To be honest... i really have not checked the possibility of applying from UAE but you can check their UAE address and email a request... you should be able.
I know of UK (you can apply but not when on visiting)... for USA (you can apply even while on visiting, in as much as you were legally admitted into the country) ... i mailed the respective offices to get the above info... not hear say!
You can apply at your country of residence, but you have to include copies of your residence permits in your application. Moreover, Canadian Embassies are not that widespread. The Embassy in Accra is responsible for Nigeria and I guess some other West African countries and that explains why there are delays in processing due to the number of applications they recieve.
If you are a resident in any country outside Nigeria and have your documents, it is better to apply from there and your application will be processed by the nearest Embassy to that country. I wish everyone good luck smiley

help!!!!

can some1 collect skrill or neteller and give me dollar equivalent in amazon gift cards?

or has a skrill mastercard that he can use to check out on amazon

or can collect my skrill and help me check out on amazon
Your request is a bit dicey. I don' think anyone would want to use their cc(Creditcard) on a third party account(amazon in this instance), the best option is to get amazon gift cards. You also have to state the total checkout amount, for interested parties to know. Good luck.

@ladyf
The increase in bitcoin transactions in Nigeria could be traced to MMM Nigeria and once it collapses so does the price of bitcoin in Nigeria. Everything in life is risky. There is no safe haven for anyone, it is just that some are more affected than others. The problems with people using skrill in Nigeria is that most are/were registered as personal accounts but money is coming from different people which raises suspicion. In whatever we do intelligence must always rule the day. I guess some people have been abusing their skrill accounts with multiple account registrations etc. I have had my account for more than 10 years now and never had any problems.

Good day everyone. I have been following this thread for a while now. I want to give you some information about the Egyptian option. When I wanted to travel to a country that didn't have an embassy in Nigeria in 2005, the best option then for me was Egypt. I got all the required documents from the schoos, flight ticket(return), bank statement and went to Abuja, but then I was living in Lagos. The consular was very friendly, even my colleague made some mistakes but was corrected by the consular. We explained that we wanted to travel to the country to apply for our student visas, we paid the fees and we got the visas later in the day. Fast forward to 2010, I was in the predicament and I had to use the Egyptian route again from Nigeria, I went to Abuja again but when I got to the same Embassy I was asked why I didn't apply from Lagos, I told them that I wasn't aware that there was a consulate in Lagos. I showed them the same documents as before but this time I was told that I would have to wait for approval from Egypt which wasn't the case before. I just decided that it wouldn't make any sense for me to go back to Abuja, I collected my documents and headed for Lagos since I was informed that they had a consulate there.
I got to Lagos and went to the Egyptian consulate, it was like a business centre. I noticed so many hanky pankies but didn't pay attention to them. I got there around 8am but was attended to around 12pm because we had to wait for the consulate. I thought that I shouln't have any problems with them as I had their visa in my passport before, but was told to submit some documents and be calling for verification if there was any message from Egypt.....maybe I will receive the approval tomorrow smiley. After waiting for about two months without any positive response, I began to panic. I tried UAE, but was rejected because of age(you had to be above a particular age, so I was told). I was fortunate to meet an agent who collected about 60,000 from me for the same Egyptian visa and even sad I was going to pay after the visa was out. I felt I had nothing to lose and gave him my passport. He informed me that it would be ready in five working days and true to his words he called me on the 4th or 5th day that the visa was ready.
The lesson here is that on the first visa I got for myself in Abuja in 2005, it was written on it that I was going to a country's Embassy to apply for a visa, I got to know about this at the POE in Cairo when I was asked because my colleague and I were delayed as the Egyptian visa was our first, we were later allowed entry because we were able to convince them. In contrast, the Egyptian visa in 2010 was a business visa and it was written on it that I should have at least $5000. But it allowed me entry into the country to apply for the visa I needed.
Please if you guys want to go through the Egyptian route, don't try telling them you want to go and apply for a country's visa there. They might not issue the visa or even delay you. You may try business or tourist visas. I think these visas are issued within five days. The best option is to get a reliable agent. The agents have spoilt things for ordinary people like us and that is why it's becoming more difficult getting visas on our own. Some agents pay these consulars money and they would rather go for the money than issue us visas for free(I meant without greasing their palms). Godspeed.
TravelRe: Living And Studying In Russia-i Need A Serious Contribution Pls. by bayoshenko(m): 11:38am On Jun 16, 2016
Many people making statements here are probably talking from hearsay. It is not good to use someone else's personal experience to make a general statement about a whole people or country. I have had good experiences and bad experiences in Nigeria. The same thing we talk about the Russians, we as Nigerians are guilty of. We discriminate against people of other ethnic groups in Nigeria. Do you know what we call people from the north in Nigeria? We have stereotyped them to the extent that we believe that they are always stupid. But that is not necessarily true.
The fact is that humans will be humans no matter the country of origin. We are complaining about the way Nigerians are being treated outside the country due to the activities of fellow Nigerians, but we guilty of the same against the Russians.
I have experienced Russia for more than 6 years and there was no time that I was attacked or had problems with the law. There are racist everywhere, we ourselves are. We discriminate and say bad things about other people Indians, Chinese, Lebanese etc in Nigeria.
The fact is that many Nigerians travel to these countries and begin to act as if it is theirs and that is where the problems begin. Some Nigerians even use drugs, smoke and get drunk to the extent of engaging themselves in fights with the locals. Of course they will win because they have advantage in numbers.
About the fight in France between English fans and the Russian, it is difficult to get the truth because the west does not like Russia and they will use every propaganda against it. For your information the same English fans enganged in another fight with some French fans yesterday, do we blame the Russians for this?
The golden rule is always try to respect yourself wherever you are, mind your business, do not get drunk, do not go out alone at night this way the percentage of you getting into trouble is reduced. No country is 100% safe, even the almighty USA.

But again check this out

Note:
If you decide to travel through Russia(Aeroflot), you will require a russian transit visa. You have to factor it into the cost of ticket. Russian visa is somewhat expensive for Nigerians. I am not sure of the cost from India but not less than USD 130.00 and that is for 7 days processing, express will be more expensive.
I am glad that you are doing your own investigation. I am not sure the information above is for Nigerians(I may be wrong), it is better to ask from their embassy in Lagos or Abuja before you travel. I had to apply for a transit visa when I travelled through one of the international airports in Moscow some years ago. Please don't risk the russian route. Try airlines like Turkish airlines, etihad, etc. Look out for the promotional tickets they are usually cheap but with some restrictions.
Before buying a ticket, consider the transit waiting time. It will be good not just to consider the price alone.

NOTE: I am not in Estonia, just giving information on my experience on that route. Good luck in your endeavours.
