Bros we are paying subsidy heavily whether i like it or not.price of landing petrol in naija is around 1100 n it sells around 700....that is 400 naira subsidy.dont forgot petrol is priced in usd not naira so d more exchange rate drops d higher d price of petrol

We are still paying subsidy. As long as we are paying subsidy, whether its imported petrol or crude oil to Dangote. Nothing will change.
Nobody is yet to explain how Dangote refinery will make petrol cheaper.
Dangote refinery will sell expensive fuel because he has to pay back loans he used to build his refinery.
I am sure Dangote refinery will sell petrol even more expensive than importation.
Dont forget he is still a newcomer to the refinery world. He is a refinery virgin.
He has to learn a lot before he becomes an expert.

Dumb youths who cannot understand price of product must be higher than price raw material i.e crude which is priced in USD.
D only way out is to sell at crude at maybe a subsidized rate as Nigeria is already paying subsidy in USD to keep price of petrol at current price
