If the security forces are not complicit in this plan, why have they not arrested those issuing threats and treat them the same way they have treated the IPOB leader, that is, prosecuting him? They should as a minimum, arrest and immediately prosecute these Arewa youths and maybe grant their leader bail after one year in detention. What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
