In as much as I agree with your comment I put on bold to an extent, but you cannot still take away the below factors as the major source of mass poverty in Nigeria:

Waiting for magic/miracle
Blaming others
Comfort zone
Having too many dependents
Early marriage
Having too many kids
Refusing to take some risks to break-even out of fear of failure
Marrying for love
Consecutive bad governments (President)
Keeping the wrong friends

so one should marry for money not love?

My dear the only sure way is be born again.with the spirit of God you care more of what God says and you won't be men pleaser.
