Good day please i need help I applied for my visa here in the Philippines and was requested to go do my biometrics but when I went they said they don't do biometric here in the Philippines that Filipinos get thier visa without doing please i want to know what am I to do am really confused

Hi guys please here is my background I need help for a strong statement that will make my sop very convincing I just graduated with a BSc in and accounting in Philippines I have no working experience and got admission to offer leadership and management in Sydney I want to lodge my visa next week please am currently still in Philippines
