You played the airport card the other time and we dared you to stop using Lagos airport and port to PH Airport, have you? Weren't you the same fool who created numerous threads about one port in the Niger delta and you rejoiced about how Lagos will soon collapse, our market now, hope your importers have moved to the on e port now, we can't wait for your departure. Bunch of nuisances!!

We hope so too... While we wait, why don't y'll stay in your region first, at least that will help in fast tracking it. Mind you, bulk of the gas used in powering plants in the west comes through the ecravos-lagos pipeline and not your land, let the owners of the gas decide. Abi ecrsvos na una land too
Igbos are going no where until Nigeria cease to exist, their investments is in West you guys are not feeding them, Lagos economy is Nigeria common wealth, stop hating Igbos because its hard for you people to compete with them.

There are so many gas fields that supply gas to Escavous gas pipeline non in Yoruba land.

Empty brains will be making silly noise over tax revenue as if their families are the ones contributing to it, MTN that pay the highest tax is South African firm brought in by Igbos and two Igbo men control the highest shares in MTN Nigeria , Zenith bank is own by Igbo man, UBA is own by Igbos, same with Access bank, Stanbic IBTC Is South Africa bank the biggest Nigeria shareholder is Ifeoma Lillian Esiri an Igbo woman, the only firm Yorubas control major shares is FBN and they are here making silly noise, majority of all the industries in your region are foreign firms, Igbos and others, you cry that those companies is in your land and you guys are so empty to know that gas that power those firms are in other people's land.

If not the companis own by others, tel me what Yoruba contributing? These are top firms that contribute to Nigeria tax revenue, mind you GTBANK is UK firm

YorubaHero12:
Are Kano and Kaduna also the seaport and international airport entries?

SE are parasites that contribute virtually nothing to the National purse. Oil nothing (just few cups in Imo and Abia), Agricuture (Nothing spectaculat), economy (Nothing), nothing nothing.

Most of the SE folks doing well are domiciled in other regions. SE contributes nothing nothing!
All these polytechnic dropouts from West

Ode what do you understand about economy check huh So for your mind only oil and VAT contribute to economy, go through components gross non oil revenue table forth quarter 2019 , check figures from non oil revenue , VAT etc.

PoliticsConflict Between The People Of Umumbu And Omor Communities In Ayamelum Local Gov by Beautifulminde3(op): 10:02pm On May 07, 2020
Public Service Announcement

The Conflict between the People of Umumbu and Omor Communities in Ayamelum Local Government Area.

1. The Anambra State Government notes with profound sadness the conflict between the people of Umumbo and their neighbours in Omor community, Ayamelum Local Government Area, over land ownership which has in the last two days resulted in one confirmed fatality and the destruction of valuable assets in both places. Security agents drawn from the Nigeria Police Force, the Nigerian Army and the National Security and Civil Defence Corps have since been drafted to the scene to stabilize the situation and maintain law and order.

2. This conflict is a negation of the strenuous effort the government and people of Anambra State have been making in the past six years to make Anambra not only the safest and most secure state in the federation but also the most socially harmonious.

3. Given that the state government considers the safety of the life and property of every Anambra person an article of faith, those responsible for the violence between the Omor and Umumbo communities will be made to feel the full weight of the law accordingly. The security agencies, including the Anambra Vigilante Group (AVG), are hereby directed to arrest everyone involved in the conflict and bring him or her to justice. The arrests and subsequent prosecution in the law court will be made regardless of the status of each person in society.

4. The arrest and prosecution of those connected with the Umumbo-Omor crisis will serve as a lesson to other people who may wish to fan the embers of disunity and crisis in any other part of the state. The utterances and actions of these elements are inimical to the state government’s drive towards the rapid economic and social development of the state.

5. The Anambra State Government assures all ndi Anambra of its unwavering resolve to make our state the most peaceful in Nigeria and beyond. Though the Umumbo-Omor conflict is an isolated incident, it will attract a robust response from the government. No person can shed the blood of any Anambra person and expect to go scot-free because life is sacred. Anambra State must remain the Light of the Nation.

Signed

C. Don Adinuba
Commissioner for Information & Public Enlightenment.
