What's the best engine oil to use on generator to avoid the generator bringing out smoke

I went to a a generator outlet today to confirm the price of generator and confirm if they are not selling fake, i saw Elepon generator but what amazed me most is SPS12000SE produce by Sumec Firman a Petrol generator and what was written on the generator is zero noise.
Please i need an advice because I'm confused at the moment which one should I go for,i hate noise?

I know many of you would have experience Generator noise, maybe from your own Generator or neighbors. The noise it makes is so bad especially in the night when you can hardly sleep due to the noise of the generator.
I visit a friend who is running on Generator ECO7990ES boldly written Semi silent ,i don't know at first that it was a Generator because I didn't notice the sound of the generator until he said he didn't buy enough fuel,i was shocked because I didn't hear the sound of the generator,then he said when will say;

Can I use Stabilizer with Generator. I was told not to use Stabilizer with Generator and you know you have to prevent your electronics.
