Pls who knows about the interview process of Soulmate Industries? I know they're real cos I see their products.
I just nid to know how they conduct their interviews and also their pay package for mid level positions.

I can't say the nature of their interview. A friend got a job @ Stanbic IBTC 2 months ago thru Resource Intermediaries Ltd. According to him, the interview was conducted by Stanbic not RI LTD. I advice u do a bit of research on the hiring firm. It will do a lotta good nd av a clear understanding of wot d job entails(Job description and Specification) I wish u success.

Yes, they are real, it is an outsourcing company. They recruit for big companies..Got my first job thru RIL. Pays 13th MONTH salary.

I started a recruitment journey with one firm since February. I wrote test, I did interview, I did computer proficiency test, and passed all.
They took my credentials including my passports and said we wud be starting latest May 1st.
Dis is June and I have not heard from them. I called but they said they were moving to a new location that I shud not worry they will soon call me.
I'm still waiting sha, but also hustling for other opportunities. Until I sign dat appointment letter, I'm still in d labor market.

for 2 years experience i think the 70-100k is ok depending on the size of the company.

Hi.
Going for an interview, you really should have done lots of digging about the firm. The pay for a particular position varies among firms; what is obtainable in company A might not be in company B.
Well, I would advice you raise the bar a little higher; say 80 - 150k. Alternatively, if you can, you should politely ask any staff of the firm you meet before the interview. Some might be willing to share one or two things with you.
