lokito: Not like I'm an advocate of immorality but I know that I'm also an employer of Labour and I also have monthly payments to contend with too. Though my own kind of cooling off isn't the same pattern as described by the OP. lol Lol! What's your pattern like? |
Romance › Re: My Boss Has Not Paid Us For 4 Months, But Was Seen Spending Lavishly In Club by beckyomas(f): 12:54pm On May 27, 2015 |
lokito: One thing you should bear in mind is that presently Nigerian economy is experiencing 'statics' because of political instability. Thus, employers are also been affected with regards to payments and other project mileages. The young CEO probably decides to cool off and forget his sorrows until the rainy day comes, maybe after the swearing in. Lets assume he spends/lavishes 100k in the club, you and I know that 100k cant completely offset workers' salary. So lets be realistic. OK o, some cooling of though. |

lokito: yes I did. I also wish you were in the Employer's position too I can never be that insensitive to anybody let alone my employees, if there's money then I'll pay them. 4months isn't a joke, a person who does that has no conscience. If there isn't money, how come he is throwing money around? Anyway, you are entitled to your own opinion. |

InZA: That's true @bolded...I noticed it got really bad for me when I was always looking back and front, I didn't feel the effect immediately until after I came down from the vehicle that was taking me to the park to enter the vehicle I was travelling in. But that garlic though , dude won't be able to strike up any conversation with anybody its funny though but thats a small price to pay for falling sick in a moving vehicle, dont you think so? Anything that'll work should suffice, so you can try to be focused on the road for a start. |

Someone once told me he eats only garlic when leaving home and then tries to focus on the road instead of looking around, it works for him though. |

Romance › Re: Reasons Why Girls/ladies Date Older Guys. by beckyomas(f): 5:57pm On Apr 02, 2015 |
richommie: HIS EXPERIENCE COUNTS When it comes to sex, an older male is perceived as knowing his way around the bedroom. He's had to time to perfect his technique, and he can show his younger lover a good sexual time. With an older man, women don't expect any awkward moments in the dark. They expect the guy to know exactly what he is doing and to take the time to meet their needs.
READY FOR COMMITMENT
ady had time to experiment and play the field. Now, they are looking to settle down and commit to a long-term relationship or even to marriage. At this point in his life, he knows that he doesn't want to be alone, and he knows the type of woman who will make him happy. If they have not already had children with previous spouses, older men may wish to immediately marry and start a new family.
BETTER AT COMMUNICATING
ladies are drawn to older men because they are better communicators. Men with an age advantage of 15 years or more have already been through previous relationships. They have learned from their mistakes. They will try not to repeat these actions as they work on a new relationship. Older guys may dwell less on jealousy issues and instead focus on communicating clearly with you so that there will be no misunderstandings. He will be ready to work at makingthis relationship succeed.
#YOLO wow! Who is this guy? So spot on but these guys will never understand that its not all about the money, very valid points you have there IMO. |

Romance › Re: Reasons Why Every Nigerian Girl Says She Lost Her Virginity Via Rape by beckyomas(f): 3:24pm On Jan 30, 2015 |
nickydof: I aint saying there are no genuine rape cases and child molestation. We are talking about the sample of the rape population who bring up 'craps' to get sympathy. We aint talking of those genuinely molested as children, we are talking of those who make false claims because 'rape' is (perceived) common. How many of these rape cases are even verifyable? How many have you, yourself verified? Or you believe there are no instances where girls cook false rape stories to guys? You should have made yourself clear, because the last time I checked, op said 'every Nigerian girl' and those of you supporting him didn't think to correct his flawed thinking. I only picked on you because I know you can still reason well and you made your point without insults unlike that op who didn't even go to school. |

funmilayoB: they r guys .they r d ones ladies often tell d stories to. they can be somehow right. Don't forget some of them have dated up to 50times and hear this over and over again but i insist not all ladies does that My problem with him is the fact that he said 'every', is he alright? Even guys mess up one way or the other but you don't see the girls coming out to say thrash and 'every guy'. Even if they have dated one thousand, it still doesn't matter (maybe they are just sharing the same set of girls among themselves). I'm not happy with you for not condemning the thrash he said because 'every girl' includes you Funmi. |

Romance › Re: Reasons Why Every Nigerian Girl Says She Lost Her Virginity Via Rape by beckyomas(f): 12:41pm On Jan 30, 2015 |
nickydof: To be sincere, most ladies tell these shameful rape stories often to get sympathy from their audience. I still believe the meaning of the word rape is ambiguous. Why would a lady visit a single guy and opt to spend the night, then later in the morning cries out that she has been raped? The decision to stay over can be regarded as consent. If you know you aint ready to loose your virginity, stop giving passive consent, be careful with the people you hang out with and above all don't sleep out! Stay your papa and mama house!!!!! Talking about sincerity, is this not the same Nigeria and same nairaland where we get news of children and teenagers getting raped? Or do you think those children can still be termed 'virgins' anymore? Are you telling me that when you hear the word 'rape', the first thing that comes to your mind is a full grown female going to spend the night in a guy's house? Is that fair? Isn't it possible even with the rate at which we hear of rape cases? |
