helsinkiman: Pls can u check ur uploaded CV. Click view submissions and see what d system says if it has been submitted for any job. I tried it on mine and it says CV not submitted for any job yet. Guess this maybe a factor...though I m not too sure

Lol, i think dat question can only be answered by sumone who's gone tru d process without using the social network option. As i know of noone's so far who's done this, it is safe to assume dat u should use it. I would advice not to use facebook tho'. Linkedin is far more professional. If u dnt ave a linkedin profile, it may be worth ur time to quickly set one up.
