I completed my 2nd stage test 40 minutes ago and 10 minutes after, they sent me the usual message: '...we will now give careful consideration to your application...'
Let's all hope this translates to success mail.

Guys please, I'm having issues with the application. I haven't seen any space for uploading of certificates/academic transcripts etc. I have only uploaded my cv and cover letter, should I submit that way? Are there persons who submitted only cv and cover letter and still got the test link? Immediate response will be appreciated. Thankyou

log in and search for a job choosing Nigeria and Africa as you search criteria. When you start your application, you may upload additional documents (certificates, transcripts etc.) if you wish, but your application will still be good with only CV and cover letter.

I did my online assessment test today and got the test link for the second assessment in like an hour, or, two. I am thankful for all the tips i got and send my best wishes to all and sundry.

There's a provision for you to type in your CV into their data-base if you don't have a ready-made CV. The application opens till 31st Dec., 2013.

Welll ... i honestly think the email u get after stage two is sorta like an acknowledgement that they received your entry. SRD is still a filtering process, yes?

Chief, people have answered dis question ur askin severally. Personally, i submitted only CV, without cover letter or any other thing. And I have completed all d stages of online assessment.

Lol, i think dat question can only be answered by sumone who's gone tru d process without using the social network option. As i know of noone's so far who's done this, it is safe to assume dat u should use it. I would advice not to use facebook tho'. Linkedin is far more professional. If u dnt ave a linkedin profile, it may be worth ur time to quickly set one up.

3. Shell Global Functions
4. Problem Solving
i haven't start mine anyway. am afraid of diving into the ocean of questions because i think am not prepared.

No its not, u can choose 2 build ur own profile using the shell website itself (recommended).

Yes Xenox, I did not get the results from the mail but I was told my application will be considered.

I attempted only 12 questions and I know I got them. Those I could not answer, I left blank and went to the next. My friend who also did the numerical test said he got a regret mail. According to her, she only got 4 right which she was sure of.

Have a friend that was only point blank sure of 5-6 questions, and then guessed d rest. He was also put 4 consideration.....although he said he was extremely confident of his answers in the decision section.

I believe so. Bottomline is that I believe all dis mumbojumbo we are doing here is J̶̲̥̅̊u̶̲̥̅̊S̤̥̈̊τ̲̣̣̥ a filter stage. I still believe more tests are ahead

G-waiting Bera don't try it. Gmat has nothing 2 offer here.
My sincere suggestion is 2 focus all ur energy on d decision stage. U can use as much as 5 days 2 do that, so make sure u get it RIGHT.
I believe that d numerical and decision questions are cumulative, used against a certain cut off or pass mark. #justmyguess

I got an email for the first assessment , it wasnt hard. After lyk 30 mins, i got another email taht i passed the 1st assessment and i shld proceed to the next stage.
Just finished with the second assessment stage. i hope i made it sha cos the tin was somehow. 34 questions in all. 18 logic reasoning qxn in 25 mins and 16 calculations in 18 mins. i completed all d reasoning qxns but did only 6 out of the 16 calculations before the timer ran out.

Pls which one is logic reasoning again,I learnt the second assessment is jst 16 quantitative questns in 18 min or I shld jst prepare for d normal Verbal,quantitative n diagramatic? I NEED ANS PLS
