Looking into the mind of Mutallab. The first thing, he would have discover abroad was that he was Black. Most Nigerian do not know they are black. Even the word been Black or white is never talk about in Nigeria.

Nigeria never had the south africa experience. Independent was on a plaque of Gold. Even in Nigeria, white people are treated like god. An average white person in Nigeria makes more than $200,000 a year in Nigeria. Nigeria law gives them a different salary scale because it want them to remain in Nigeria.

An example is an average white soccer coach salary in Nigeria is more than $30,000 a month tax free. Most white people in the Nigeria Oil sector earn as much as $1,000,000 a year.

So Mutallab may have discovered he was black abroad, like 90% of Nigerian who live abroad. We never knew we were black people before coming abroad. We never know. Nigerian dont see people from the colour of thier skin. I dont know why, but we never had a bad experience with britain.

What we need are troope on the ground to seperate the north from the south.

The truth is USA and other countries living in the north should relocate to the south from now. You cant predict the north.

When you read the story of Abdul mutallab, you know he is a victim of a wicked leadership in Nigeria. Many nigeria youth now live abroad to look for money and go to school. If we had a good system , would Abdul mutallab ever do this. The answer is NO.  They say he was alone. I see many nigerian over here. More than 50% do regret they ever left Nigeria.

You do not get treated the same way. In some of this countries black people are treated less than Human. The immigration system discriminate against them. For a boy of his age. He may not have been able to handle it. Some of them get abuse and wrongfully abuse by the system, false accusation against nigerian is common. And Some get set up.  There must have been a turning point in Abdul mutallab life. Something must have happened to him. What , we are not sure.

If Nigeria was good , what was Abdul mutallab doing  abroad. That is why some nigerian are calling for the deportation of some Obasanjo ministers who now live abroad , if they have fix the problem what are they doing abroad.

i dont know about hisbah police , But I know state should have their own police force. You can see my report, that is the city of Toronto police force.

We have three type of police force in canada and also the same in the USA.

For canada , we have the RCMP Royal canadian police
We have the OPP, which is the Ontario police ( province)
We have the city police.

The three perform different function.


I would start with the Toronto police force. The Toronto or Peel region for those living in Brampton, mississauga etc. Takes care of city crime. And the city own thier own police force and pay them salary.

We have Ontario police force , which is own by the province of Ontario and paid for by them. They take care of crime intra two cities and City highway.

We have the Royal Canadian police, which take care of the whole of the countries crime and international crime. They are paid by the federal govt of canada.

So you see where census figure is important. Now if the north does not agree, we remove some part of Nigeria to benin republic.

So think twice before you go and get visa, make sure all your document are complete.

Here is where our problem is, to have an accurate database. You need a good census and because our census figure is a fraud. We cant have database.
