Cantonese: With all the Professors, how have the lives of the citizens been made better? Do the Professors themselves all live quality lives? What have they done to made the nation better? How are their states better? Professors were used for the elections and yet look at the results? Fraud everywhere.
For me the argument about the largest population of Professors is meaningless. What we need is a better nation with people of integrity. We need people who are accountable and can impact the nation positively. you can imagine what people are fighting over and you wonder why the country is like this.. too many shallow minded niggas everywhere...why not argue about which have the highest number of professor with integrity or the state with the best upright citizen or state or town with the best quality living |

Maynmaynmayn: What is universe? How do you know there’s no universe? And how do you know there is no word to understand it? or lets paraphrase @HellVictorinho6 Do you exist? if yes, on where do you exist? Earth? or earth doest exist? if Earth exist, is earth orbiting the sun or the sun doesnt exist either? if sun exist, where is sun? those other stars we see every night, do they exist or they dont? if they exist, what then should we call where all those stars, earth, u and I exist?? you can give it any other name you so wish, the word universe is just a word to describe the coming together of all these celestial bodies like human body that house all organs, a carton that house all pieces of biscuit, a bottle that house that liquid called coke |

Romance › Re: Where Is The Universe? by beejaay: 10:36pm On May 28, 2023 |
Lucifyre: Not to be rude but that's a pointless question, although it makes for interesting discussion. Pointless why? Cause u are trying to fly before you even have limbs to stand on talk less of walk. It's like trying to do calculus before u even know what numbers are.
First of the "observable" universe is frigging large, if large(40+ billion light years) can even quantify it and it's continually expanding as I'm sure u know. So we've not even been able to fully get that. Like... our solar system consists of earth, the other planets, thier moons, asteriod etc all surrounding the sun which is the main star .
There are over 300 billion stars in our galaxy(milky way), which all have different bodies like planets, asteriods and the rest surrounding them. Which goes to show u the crazy amount of planets in just our galaxy. Then there are over 300 billion plus galaxies with the closest to us(andromeda) being 2 million + light yrs away. All with thier own stars and solar systems and planets and that's just what we've been able to observe. Now to ask where all that is located... is kind of ludicrous.
The universe basically is everything and everything is located in the universe. If u are asking for anything beyond that when we've not been able to answer and understand fully what's within, it's just ludicrous. You're heading for multiverse theory which is just pure fictional crap. Funny thing is we might not know all the answers even 300yrs from now. Nice discussion prompting question though. You cant dismiss the multiverse theory cause you dont like it or might be to big for our brain...research dont work like that... provided there was big bang and inflation then multiverse is a must else the question of inflation will never be solved... i believe what suit your theory better is what next after the multiverse assuming universes are like stars inside a galaxy and galaxies are clustered inside a universe, maybe universes are clustered inside something also and on and on and on... |

CharleyBright: Rubbish. Only in your imagination. You think good governance is equal to reward for loyalty? Imagine OP dishing out ministerial positions like someone sharing akara.
So in your head the only person you can think of for Attorney General of the federation is brainless charge and bail lawyer like Festus Keyamo? Are you kidding me?? And you come here to mention the name of that clown called Ben Ayade for a Ministerial position. As in how? Is it reward for charade and incompetence? And Ganduje too Ishaq Oloyede for education? Am not sure he has done much to deserve that portfolio. His headship at Jamb isnt making much impression. Shoring up revenue for Jamb doesn't translate to effectiveness. Apart from Wale Edun and Boyo who might be okay for their positions, most of the rest are laughable. Op, pls mind yourself with this your yeye ministerial list. Don't make us already dey vex for ministerial list wey never comot. dont mind him.. I'm Tinubu wont be foolish to appoint all this charade into his govt unles he want to fail which we al dont want even though i dont like him but Im a nigerian and i want nigerian to work.. only very very few people like wale edun and other few make sense, 90 % of your list is bukum... governance is not political patronage..if tinubu wanna reward loyalty, he can give them ambassadorial post and not active governance portfolio...we dont want another buhari govt |

elefind: The Op no get understanding of Nigeria and how the situation and economic works, there is no jobs anywhere even with the few jobs in town the salaries are so poor that a grown up adult will have to skip meal because he can't afford it. The only option is to find any little business that can bring in little income to survive. The situation of Nigerians today is now survival, you can hard find any youth in this country living up to his dream and aspirations. If I want to build a startup business do you know how much resources it will cost me? Where will I get the money from? Who will fund it?. These are many problems limiting majority of Nigeria youths. We have big plans and dreams but the dreams becomes useless when there is no resources to push it. Majority of the youth are try to survive, they are dumb, or foolish they just want to survive in the hard economic because the govt refused to open up the economy to opportunities and they didnt do it becasue they suffered from the same problem the OP raised... most nigerians aint forward thinkers, we hardly plan or have foresight for more than 2 years and this affect our leaders becasue they are part of us the people before they become leaders. that limited foresight of ours have reduced our definition of success to money, money and money( i'm not denying the fact that money is important or good but our myopias have reduced it to everything)... You will governors/Presidents fighting to keep oppressing people for something he will only enjoy for 4yrs or 8yrs maximum when a forward thinker will see the 4 or 8yrs as a step to plan for the next generation... leaders think about the next generation but our leaders cant becasue they are from amogst us the people that suffer what the OP said..its a real problem |

Thesame thing I noticed in politics about them. Very loyal and trusthworzhy. They dont support any politician because of what will favour their interest but competence. The norm back then was plugging into the live feed provided by your broker, heck even trading demo was from your broker... Nothing like mt4...But trading was far more easier to follow because volatility was not much(2008 market capitalization of forex= 1.4trillion$; 2023 market capitalization of forex= 4.8 or more trillion$)..If GU was going down, it went...No fakeouts... Nowadays it's like we are trading fakeouts..not forex. Arrewa: Nairaland and their agenda against the north!!
Dear yan Arewa...!!
I know you must be wondering why everything nairaland is against the north and Islam phobic!!
Here on nairaland there's no northener that did half of what I've done to clear Major misconceptions about the north and display development about northern Nigeria!!
Believe me when I say I'm the most persecuted northerner on nairaland... I have evidence to back this up!!
Nairaland owned and administered by seun is not a social media forum... Rather it is a platform created for an anti northern agenda!!
Seun who is mainly interested on making profit discovered that majority of his followers are igbos and Normally swayed by their hate for northeners and Nigeria is busy easily exploiting this as an average Yoruba business man that is focused on making profit from majority of his customers who are Igbos/Ipobss!!
seun according to one of your comment on Twitter, you hated the north because they killed Deborah!!!
OK seun the humanitarian, when are you going to start criticizing the east for the daily killing of our security operatives and northern civilians who engage in their daily legitimate work work in the East...
Seun, Harira And her little children were killed somewhere in the east but u are silent... Hundreds of Igbos get killed In the east and it's not something serious to you....
Hundreds of security operatives are getting killed in the East... Igbo Land!! But seun I have never seen you criticize ipob...
Even if you "mistakenly" differ with the igbos politically or socially... You quickly apologize to them and try to please them...
Because you don't want them to cancel you and your site... Yes!! Because they're the majority of your customers on nairaland and can easily hold you accountable!!
Seun, we the northerners would hold you accountable for misinformation and propaganda.... That have result to the deaths of northerners in the South...
To you only Igbos and Yorubaa can hold you accountable for any misconduct on nairaland.. We'll prove you wrong Seun!!! so i short igbo is the problem.. every problem in nigeria igbo that even you blamed igbo for fight between hausa and fulani...igbo people don suffer ooo, thank god say i no be igbo, omo i go dey vex gan ooo..in attempt to gain traction to your write u, you had to mentioned igbo and put the blame on them cos u felt that will be the only to get a reply..you need to grow up..if there is any odicum of truth to your fear, lay it bare objectively and stopped unnecessary hatred for the usual suspect..if any tribe has sufered more abuse on nairaland then its igbo.. |
