When did you apply ? What kind of document did you drop after you submit your passport? Since when did you drop your passport to VFS

My agent apply for me in middle of oct
Submit & bio :oct 31 same day
They told me to drop my passport that same day
Document
Bank statement
My company’s pay slip
Company document
Later of promotion
Hotel preservation
Flight booking but they only check and give me back to do the photocopy
Travel history: Australia and South Korea but I was denied from the US embassy
Which I make has a statement in the form
After 1 week they called me to re submit the account statement with also with my tax clearance which I did and send to them

Pls can someone tell me what to do pls

Hello pls am new here and my agent apply for visitors Canadian visa for me and I did biometrics on Oct 31 and I was told to drop my passport or that day after a week I was called from the vfs to send some documents as well wish I did and told me once it’s delivered but I never hear any update from them till now
