Politics › Re: Chad Basin: Oil Prospects Or Agric Prosperity? by beejaymoore(m): 10:39pm On Jan 24, 2016 |
MrPresident1: The price of a barrel of oil is now $28, the cost of production of one barrel is about $20, there is a differential of about $8. Assuming Nigeria produces and is able to sell 2m barrels per day, we have 16million dollars per day as revenue. There are 170 million of us, which means theoretically each of us will get (16,000,000/170,000,000) = 0.094 dollars for each person.
0.094*305= N28.67 for every Nigerian/day.
This of course is very rudimentary economics, the aim nonetheless is to show the dire straits that will be driven home to Nigerians shortly.
Nigeria you have no idea what is staring you in the face!
Well you r right tho.. But some production blocks produce at a low rate of about $5-$7. |

LIB taught me many things in the last 3 days: 1. Be humble, Dont be Proud 2. On your way to the top dont forget people who helped you 3. You know your real friends when you are in crisis. 4. Dont Hate, even if its not your field, respect other people's opinion but know what you stand for. 5. Replying insults with insults leads you to nowhere 6. Always trust in God, Dont give up on him 7. Obey the law, Nobody is above the law 8. Protocols can be broken because of you # Favour. Google dont revoke things anyhow but they restored LIB in less than 48 hours. 9. Dont Give up 10.
I don't see how this comes in. The Igbo ancestry thing is saying that the Igbos were among the 'original' Jews, who were effectively dispersed and replaced by the current set of European Jews. This all happening over the course of millennia in antiquity. It IS true there were many African populations in the 'middle east' in antiquity. At one time the 'middle east' was actually an African outpost, dominated by the descendants of Ham - the Canaanites, Jebusites, Egyptians, Edomites etc... these were all black folk.
A turning point in this African dominance came with the fall of Egypt, the great black power of the region, and the eventual rise of a virulent, violent religion - islam. This all led to black populations being driven mostly back into Africa, in various migrations. Many blacks refused to abandon their ancient gods, and were forced to flee. The Yorubas were a good example of this. Much of their historical accounts attest to journeys from the far north, made to protect their Ifa religion from desecration.
EgyptIans are not from the lineage of HAM. |

NaijirianKing: The Webster's dictionary defines a coup d'état as the sudden and illegal seizure of a government, usually instigated by a small group of the existing state establishment to depose the established government and replace it with a new ruling body, civil or military.
So any small group that illegally forces a government in power out through non-democratic means has committed a coup. Thanks! never knew |
