Olakunle007: Definitely, 2020 was one hell of a year for all Nigerians, enduring all sorts of challenges like the EndSars Protest Covid-19 lockdown and several occurrences in the year 2020.
Insight.ng recently published a 40-man list of the most admired Nigerians in 2020. The list consists of famous Nigerians who were amazing and amassed admirations despite 2020 being a rough year.
Championing the list are the two famous active #EndSars protestants, Falz and Dj. Switch.
Other notable Nigerians on the list are; Pastor Sam Adeyemi, Fk Abudu, Olamide, Moe, Tony Elumelu, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, former president Olufemi Obasanjo, Toke Makinwa, and 30 others.
The list was carefully collated across all social media platforms but more attention is given to Twitter trends and analytics. A group of judges with different ideologies and unbiased views did the ranking with the editors.
You can click the link here [https://insight.ng/list/most-admired-nigerians/] out the full list of the 40 Most Admired Nigerians in 2020. How's Burna boy not on this list? |

Politics › Re: Attacks On Buhari: How Pathetic They've Become! By Frisky Larr... Premium Times by beejayodus(m): 11:19am On Mar 18, 2016 |
The truth in all of this is that then candidate Buhari raised people's expectations. The then spokesperson for the APC, Alhaji Lai Mohammed came on TV and spoke as if all would be well once the APC was voted into office. People are only venting their pent up anger at being misled into voting for the APC. The acerbic criticism people, especially the youth, daily hurl at the Buhari administration has little to do with Jonathan's electoral loss. Can one accuse Japheth Omojuwa of being a wailer too? He has been quite vociferous against the glaring ineptitude of this administration. I quite agree with the writer that some Nigerians have been utterly too critical of the president. But when a man rode into power on the promise of 'CHANGE' and has almost spent 25% of his allotted time, yet there is no change in sight. Can one blame the youth for being the alarm clock trying to wake him up to his duties? |

Siberia101: The only way to defeat Buhari in 2019 is if Tinubu is in alliance with the Southeast/Northcentral/South South, anything other than that is dead on arrival...
The final collapse of PDP election in 2019 will be where will they zone the VP slot to, if it's zoned to southeast yorubas will vote APC. Dazzol The PDP does not need an alliance with Tinubu to win the presidential election. A look at the last presidential election results shows that the PDP won more than the required 25% vote cast in all the states in the South-West. In fact, the election was very close in Lagos, Tinubu's enclave. The PDP still controls two of the six states in the South-West, and with the abysmal performance of the governors of Osun and Oyo states, the PDP, with a credible candidate, can spring a surprise. The South-East and the South-South are all for PDP. The only snag is the North. But with an acceptable Northern candidate, the PDP could be back in power soon. |

ZKOSOSO: Jerry gana, bonnie Haruna. John Dara or an Igbo or yoruba or SS who is a good christian would do. Else na one way to SHARIA for ALL All the above are lightweight politicians. None of them is capable of winning the presidential election. Political pragmatism dictates that Southern politicians will have to wait till 2023 to stand a good chance of winning that coveted seat. The North, as things stand, hold all the aces. . |

ZKOSOSO: Boldness is what PDP states need now. Call a spade a spade not "one small straight shovel"
The Muslim North are one. Party diff is nothing to them. Grab Federal powers at all cost is what they all stand for. All PDP states now are some christians dominant states Gombe inclusive. PDP needs a christian presidential material else apc will win 2019.
Plan for a christian candidate any how anywhere! The only politician from the North that fits the bill is David Mark. But he is from a minority part of the North. The PDP does not have many astute Northern politicians who are Christians. The best gamble is to present a Northern Muslim candidate. |

This is a strategic thinking by members of the party in the South-West. It is obvious the PDP needs a chairman from the North to save it from obliteration in that part of the country. The South-west should produce the deputy chairman. With a rancour free convention, the PDP is bound to get back to winning ways. |
