labodinho:I think my UTME combination is the acceptable combination for Art/Law candidates. Are you insinuating that Govt,CRK,Lit-in-English and English are wrong subject choice for admission into Faculty of Arts? Please kindly educate me. If I fail to gain admission this year, I will take another shot at it next year. So I don't want to fall into the same pit. |
labodinho:Hello mister, which of the courses made available by the school to those who want to change their course will you advise a candidate who had 54.25 and did English, Lit-in-English, CRK and Government in UTME to switch to? By the way, I chose LAW. |
labodinho:When will the form be made available? And how much does it cost? |
labodinho:I had an aggregate score of 54.25 and I chose LAW. Since LAW is now beyond reach can I change to Political Science? I didn't meet the merit mark for Political Science but fell in line with the catchment score for Ogun-State which is 52.88. If this is not possible, kindly suggest what step I should take. |
Millex:Does this mean an applicant who is just about writing GCE can still meet up with the admission schedule? I mean can the result of that exam be used for admission? I was told it would be too late. |
Millex:Does this mean an applicant who is just about writing GCE can still meet up with the admission schedule? |
A friend of mine just checked. He saw 00.00 as his score. What could be the problem? Anybody in doubt can check :55203473AJ, bajela. |
Deme98:I am, but 61 was the cutoff mark for my state last year. So it is quite Herculean. |
Is there no statistical break down of the result? UNILAG should avail us of information on candidates' performance and other sundry issues. |
Deme98:Ogun-State. |
Deme98:Thanks. I got 54.75 though. No one knows how the cutoff marks will look this year. I pray God grants me the luck akin to theirs. |
Deme98:Pardon my inquisitiveness, how did they go about it? Did they obtain a change of course form or just found their names on the list? I really need to know because the fear of not being admitted is ripping me apart! |
labodinho:Please, how competitive is Political Science? Can a candidate who doesn't meet the cutoff mark for LAW find himself there? Thanks. |
zezeny:All right. Thanks for the pieces of valuable information. |
zezeny:Thanks. I guess a course like Political Science does not require Lit-In-English? If it doesn't, my fear is the number of applicants who made it their first choice. |
labodinho:Well, the exam starts in September and the result should be out in November. WAEC seems to have robbed my friend of admission. How awful! |
labodinho:I know. The question is: Can the result of the GCE he is about to write meet up with the admission schedule? |
labodinho:Thanks for your response. A friend of mine made a good score but he had a D7 in Literature-In-English in the just released WASSCE. Can he still sit for GCE and the can result meet up? He chose English. |
Can someone throw more light on this OOU supplementary admission form? |
sallzzy:I am an aspirant for Law but I performed woefully in the exam. I had 262 in UTME and 17 in post-UTME. This leaves me with an aggregate of 54.75. What is your candid assessment of the situation? |
labodinho:I had an aggregate score of 54.75 and I chose Law. What do you suggest I do? How I came about 17 in the exam is still a mystery though. But it is time to move on. |
Can someone make an honest assessment of Law/Arts candidates performance? I had 262 in UTME and 17 in post-UTME. This leaves me with an aggregate score of 54.25. I am yet to see any score from Law/Arts candidates. Does this mean that our performance was awful? |
labodinho:I am in need of the past questions too: beejayodus@gmail.com. Thanks. |
I have successfully registered for the Post-Utme exam. I need a good Whatsapp group where I can get to meet fellow Law applicants. Add me up on 08189610258 |
I greet you all. Can someone kindly send the past questions to my mail box: beejayodus@gmail.com |
I am a late comer here:please, can anyone help with the O'level requirement for Law. |
Buhari should be faithful to his promise and make his assets public.Although he has fulfilled the constitutional demand by submitting his assets forms to the CCB,the symbolism of such gesture will set the tone for those who will work with him and win him public support. His kinsman,Ya'adua, toed this line and that tilted public opinion in his favour.Nigerians do not need to go flat on their faces before politicians do what is right. |
PMB must realize that the weight of expectations on his government is enormous. No one is lame to think that the country will turn into a paradise in two weeks;but we want actions that will sign post what is to come.A day that will end well can be told from its morning. We must start to see the baby steps that show that the country is about to walk. |
APC should face up to the reality of what has happened. It doesn't serve the party's interest trying to circumvent a constitutional process. |
Our problems are man made and must be solved by man.We need to stop looking up to God for solutions that stare us in the face. |
