Nigerians owe this great man called SANUSI a huge applaud.A huge applaud for his bravery and intelligence. These bunch of unintelligent senators could not even speak good English let alone defend themselves to a reasonable doubt. As far as i am concerned they have no case.Look at the deplorable state of our healthcare, education, power and roads. What have they done to correct them? All they keep doing is to fly their housemaids, girlfriends, boyfriends, gardeners and entire families abroad at the expense of the poor citizens. Why are they shaking? If they are innocent then they should come out with facts and figures as well.I also want them to declare their assets, all of them.Bloody ROGUES IN ROBES.They are so cowardly.SANUSI thumbs up bruv!Keep exposing the bad people and thumbs up on the banking reform.Nigerians now feel safer banking in their own country.

How can an acclaimed CBN governor be quoting the budget guy under a financial statistical analysis whereby his office was expected to be the prime kingpin on this subject matter. kingpin on this very subject matter.

Mallam!   Mallam!!  Mallam!!!,  how many time have i called you, as you spelling of your name remainth unchanged either from left or right, thats how the level of your uninformed, illiteracy, clownism and incompetence in the office will never seize surprising me.
I am sure u do not have the slightest idea what Sanusi is all about. He is an astute and seasoned force to be reckoned with in the banking sector. He has his facts and figures right and very handy else he wont just come out with figures from the air.In any case Nigerians have always being in the know as to how our senators squander and loot our beloved country's money. We keep wasting money on a bunch of unintelligent rascals in official robes. If u ask me, they should all be removed and lets have a clean and fresh re-inauguration or whatever and this time based on merit and not 'godfatherism' and sentiments.I am so appalled at these lazy lots.

Politics / Re: I Want Jonathan To Lose PDP Primaries by beeman80: 7:07pm On Nov 24, 2010
Kobojunkie:

He cannot win if he defects because he lacks the support and power he needs to achieve that outside of the PDP. Essentially his political career has been the making of the PDP. If he had not been associated with the party from the beginning, you would probably never have heard of a Jonathan Goodluck. Goodluck is a PDP product and cannot exist outside of PDP cover. In fact, he would never have been able to declare assets in the upper 200million in assets less than 3 years into his first term as vice Governor of Bayelsa(Lord know how much his wife was worth then and how much they probably are today).

We don't need anyone, not even some imagined messiah from the PDP winning anymore elections. That is the main point here. We need a complete change and in order to do that, all those who have held on to power through one corrupt means/association or another need to be taken down and that includes your dearly beloved Jonathan.
Sure.

Nairaland / General / Why Are All Employers Downsizing In Nigeria? by beeman80: 2:36pm On Nov 19, 2010
They are about downsizing people in my friend's coy (a popular PFA) from about 250 staff to about 150 staff.According to the new MD, the move is to make more profit in the coming year. The move is effective January next year. The sad thing is that these staff might not be compensated well for all the hard work that they have put into the growth of the company so far.Why are Nigerian employers so callous? We have married people and people who are about to get married amongst the staff. My question is where do they start from? The Nigerian government should come to the rescue in order to avoid danger for these helpless staff who might have nothing to fall back on.I feel that a bill which would cater for the compensation of staff asked to resign or sacked should be passed to the house of assembly.A minimum sum of 500,000 naira should be paid to affected persons

Romance / Re: My Best Friend (boss) And I Are No More! by beeman80: 11:01am On Nov 12, 2010
AISHHA:

Hi, my boss and I have been dating for the past two years and it’s been all good for us because we are like best of friends. We gist for hours on the phone and also get down like once in a week on an average level. We love each other so much but suddenly we started having problems and I have been pleading with him to take me back.

I have sent him over 1000 sms and 10000 calls but he won’t take my call. I love him so much, I can't concentrate anymore.

Mean while, we are both married. I love him so much because he's the best thing to happen to me.
My dear u are only infantuated. However i still feel for u cos i know how hard it is for u right now.All u need to do is to spend more time with ur loving husband.Let him know those things u desire, those qualities u feel ur boss has and are lacking in him.In anycase marriage is for better for worse. If ur husband cant have those qualities then u must adapt.Good luck.
Romance / Re: Infatuation, Lies, Distress And The Truth: My Story For 2 years and a half! by beeman80: 9:23am On Nov 12, 2010

I met a young man over 2 years ago while I was still at university. I was always hesitated about  him because he seemed up to no good like a womanizer, and we never have any relationship. However, I tried as hard as I could to avoid him even though we live in different states, and he didn't show that he really cared about me, but I would always feel the need to talk to him just to make sure that he's OK. I have been advised more than once to quit contacting him. Finally, I found the strength to do so 3 months ago, but it was hell; I ended up depressed to the extent that I could not concentrate on my own life, and did not even have the motivation to start looking for a job as I recently graduated. Then, few days ago, while I was sleeping my sub-conscience dictated me to contact him which I did. Our conversation was to me what oxygen is to my body.

I'm a very beautiful woman and amongst others, there's a successful good man who is dying to marry me, but I just can't get him out of my mind and I would not like to hurt a good person. Tears have become my refuge. Without hearing from him, it's like I'm lost,  I don't know what to do anymore   sad. I don't know why this is happening to me  cry.

Please people, I will appreciate your comments!

Politics / Re: Fela Supported Biafra by beeman80: 3:30pm On Nov 11, 2010
Its about time we stop all these tribal lashings and hatings. How do we move on as a nation when all some sect does is to hate on other tribes? Having misplaced views or not is not the issue. Why hate at all? In anycase for the records Fela was an icon and made a huge mark in Afrika. He deserves respect and nothing short of that.

It is very obvious that some ppl want to see Emeagwali's downfall even if it meant reprinting their junks in hundred newspapers and site. . .na wa O. . .
This obviously is being done in bad taste, simple. Even the !diot  that calls himself yusuf is making inflamatory statements against the man based on the same capaign of calumies by some disgruntled Nigerian underachieved prof in the name of exposing sb without waiting to hear from the man or even making any attempt at all to hear the other part of the story, what a Mørøn. . . .Anyway, I like the fact that Dora and her ministry did not jump into hasty conclusions like the rest of the morons are doing and writing epistles in the name exposing him. Until the result of the investigation comes to light, those over produced rubbish articles in sahara and replicated in Next remain ridiculous attempt to drag sb down based on Nigerians' crab mentality syndrom.
I quite agree with u on that. His side must be heard.
