I got conditional admission in PLuS last week. Without legalized docs. Although they asked me to send the legalized docs to receive the letter.

The process and the reason for denial is act of racism, country that invite people for interview only to ask questions not related to the visa application, almost all the people that attended interview with me confirmed that.



when you get there you will understand, you don't know better than many foreigner who complaint about Austrian been the highest racist country. check it online



I am a frequent traveler and i have never use any agent or lawyer to get my visas, i applied the Austrian visa myself but i challenge the reason for denial because is pure unjustifiable and i did that for a purpose.


There are less racist countries that offer international student scholarship like Germany . Meanwhile, i can not waste my hard earn money just to jakpa with student visa to Austria it doesn't wort it. One thing with Jakpa syndrome they don't listen and learn then get prepared for the reality abroad until they get there

Austrian Embassy is the worst schengen country to apply for Visa. Their racism is beyond measure. They will invite you with visa interview only to ask unnecessary questions after wasted time and money traveling to Abuja for the interview and still denied you visa .

I applied for Tourist visa and i was denied with unnecessary reasons, immediately i wrote an appeal waited for one month no response i ask my lawyer to write them after two days they call me for my passport and issue me visa.

Meanwhile i am going for a conference as the speaker at the event. i imagine people wasting money applying for a student visa just to jakpa to a country that is known for being one of the most racially discriminatory in the world.

No one can give you a definite answer.
Apply to as many schools as possible using good Motivation statements. The schools will assess and let you know.

Generally, even if your level of the German Language is not yet up to B2, it won´t hinder your being admitted. You will only be given admission as an irregular student. This admission as an irregular student is enough to process your visa/residence permit.

After arrival in Austria, you will be registered in your school as an irregular student, with this you still have all rights of a regular student including the 20hrs/week work permit. During this period you will be learning the Language either at your school or outside for example at VHS, WIFI or BFI. You have up to two years to fulfil the language requirement of your school.

One important hint i will like to drop pertains to the 20hrs/week work permit, it is of pertinence you print out copies of the work permit forms and take along with you to any prospective employer to fill and you return this to the AMS (Austrian Labour Office) for stamping, this will ease your process of getting a job because some employers may be ignorant of your right to work in Austria.

The PDF format of the work permit forms are on the homepage of the AMS, download this and print multiple copies for yourself.

Please I have been trying to apply to some Austrian school for bachelor’s program but all the ones I have seen are are requesting at least B2 German proficiency before I can be considered., this is really a serious problem for me as I have gotten verification date (5th August) at Austrian Embassy for verification and I won’t want to miss the date
I am currently learning German but I would like to know if there are any schools in Austria that don’t require German proficiency before I am accepted for Undergraduate studies?

There is at least one English taught bachelor course in most of the schools. Not all tho.
Do some research. You’ll find

According to the embassy, you’re not allowed to legalize if you have no “current request” from any institution.
So it’s better you start a process or email some schools so you can get a proof to present

Nothing has changed since the university verification email thing was introduced.
There’s a list in the MOE. If your Uni has Sent an email to verify your certificates, your name will appear there. Then you’re free to authenticate.

Police character doesn’t need to be verified. Just legalized at the embassy straight.
