Which pain dem cost you just because your ATM failed to dispense ? Did you bother going to to the bank to make a formal complaint ?
I doubt you did cos they would have given you a form to fill and your money would have been reversed within a few working days if not immediately.

If you want the truth, you don't have a case here, not to talk of winning it.

You see why it is not good to read shabbily and react? If you had read further, you would have seen where I mentioned lodging a complaint and filling a form but they keep posting me 20 working days, 10 working, 15 working days till date.

How did you lodge your complain? Is it by verbal communication or written communication? If it is by writing and you have the acknowledged copy, write acomplain to cbn and you will see Wonder.
Anytime you have an issue with bank don't complain verbally do it in writing and after 48 hours no issue resolved channel it to CBN.

I went to the bank and filled form. Since then, they have been posting me.

I have filled form and on a follow up going to 3 months now without a refund. They keep posting me. I want to sue them if I can claim damages.

I don't care about all those. I need legal groundstanding if I can win the case.

My head is not thinking right right now cos I'm going through a lot. I was in dire need of money for hospital bill when someone sent me some money due to my cries. Using ATM to withdraw it, I was debited but not dispensed. Going to 3 months now, the bank has not refunded. That money was to save a life but bank played politics with it.

What are my chances if I sue them for damages?
