if you genuinely think NCC will punish these hopeless network providers then your stvpidity is beyond redemption. reporting them to NCC is more like reporting them to themselves, i'm sure your brains can't figure it out.

what's the use when it's obvious NCC won't do anything to the network providers if complain is being lodged?

What the OP said is fact. I experienced it yesterday @work. Wanted to subscribe for my data and called the bae that sells cards. Lo and behold the #400 cards she gave me had 16 digits instead of the normal MTN 12 digits. I refused collecting them. Even my manager told me not to. I went out to another place. Same thing. I had to try it and it entered. So next time u buy an mtn card and see 16 digits instead of 12,it is perfectly good to go.

And please guys,try to verify things before attacking an OP.

(1). Like i said, i used it to root my LG phone which is not MTK device. A friend recently rooted his Samsung phone with the app.
(2). You need no PC connection. All you need is strong internet connection. Simply download the app and tap on "root" ,fold your arms and watch while the app do the rest.

Have you tried the latest kingroot app?
I was having similar problem until the latest version of kingroot came to the rescue. I'm using LG optimus though.

you won't be able to access a couple of applications such as whatsapp, facebook, twitter(not sure this is among though) e. t. c if the device is not rooted with autoproxy installed and configured.

if your device is rooted then i will recommend undeleter .

Download and install either diskdigger or undeleter and you're good to go.
