Yes, i do get that. I've been using it on 4G network only because the Airtel line is only meant for internet service, so i don't bother myself about the fact that i can't use it to make or receive calls.

Your phone is not faulty. If u get to an area with a strong 4G network, it will automatically change to 4G. My Samsung doesn't have permanent 4G too.
