*We have Ministry of water resources with thousands of staffs across the federation, yet every body buys portable water or construct their own boreholes while the ministry workers goes to secteraite to gossip and play around.

*NNPC and DPR highers workers periodical, and has one of the highest salary and allowance of any cadre of workers yet they contract supply of petroleum products, they contract refinery and even contracts mining of crude

*We have schools that cant even justify their annual budget by executing a research project or at least producing Innovative Graduates
