I guess soutech is among the best option anyone has as per learning hacking in lagos. I advice you give it a try, it will be far better in foundation build up than doing youtube stuffs.

The OP might be good and his price is fair enough. But i am doing self learning. I have most of the videos tutorials in this world. Plus i invested in data and devices like routers and AWUS036ACH wireless adapter. My laptop is high end hp zbook workstation with 32gb of ram with plenty hdd and ssd hard drives. With all these i am good to go.
