German grading system conversion is this

GPA= 1+3*(Nmax - Nd) /(Nmax -Nmin)

Nmax is maximum possible grade eg 5
Nmin is lowest passing grade e.g 1
Nd your GPA
This is just for U, in case u want to convert any other.

Pls use the one u @naijaobi gave u oooo. I also used d one on the slip.....because I was in a hurry to meet up d 1.8m n d additional money for transport n studies....I didn't check d one people in this forum where using.
When I checked just yesterday on this forum and found out that both of us applied on d same day which is on the 8th n no response yet....I went back to check....n found out "visa" was missing from the email.....cheiiiii.........I vex no bi small ooooooo. What a costly error......I would have been waiting indefinitely....but GOD made me notice it oooo. Pls just recheck d slip n check it letter for letter u will see d error ooooo. N forward the email back to them.....making them see that what is on the paper was what u originally sent.....n u r re forwarding to the email that is on their website.
GOD will surely give us favour....because the old lady told me last Monday that i should make sure I submit immediately to avoid it being rejected oooo.....but I believe GOD will favour us n give us our VISA at least a week before our enrollment.

Please help me thank GOD because I didn't know that I could still get admission for winter semester. Germans are very clear on how to file an appeal unlike some other countries.
You don't need a legal practitioner or an agent for German appeal, what u need are strong reasons.

Thanks for the info....yes Communication or something close to my first degree. My dear, I am yet to upload the documents for Saarland and they sent me a mail to do ASAP. Thanks dear for the schools u talked abt...I will recheck them because I think I have checked basically all before but application is past for winter 2014.... So I will still check if TUM soothes me for summer course...thanks because I found a summer program on a close field .....and I meet their Ielts requirement. I wish u d best and pray we meet in Germany.

Hello to all concerned, there should not be any room to insult anybody in this forum. I would appreciate if we could find a more soothing words to express ourselves, even if we are angry by the question. "Spoon feeding" can be an insult to some people. For me, I am dead to flesh"sin" so nothing can make me angry.
Let me explain some concepts- before I found this forum, I already knew about daad because I googled a lot of schools in Germany. I used the Wikipedia to do that...because I didn't know abt daad then...u may not believe it but I searched for over 250 schools that could meet my criteria...which are...accept a GP of 3.52....accept English language only.....summer semester.....accept computer engineering....no german language needed...no tuition fee....have campus jobs n accommodation..don't require GRE...and not thru Uniassit...that is direct application...my people I couldn't find....when I found daad for international courses...none of the courses soothed my criteria perfectly except Saarland" and university of Ulm, although Ulm sent me a rejection letter that since I didn't do electrical communication they can't accept me, that I should look for a course that soothes my degree because I felt they saw my application was good...I spent 2days for their pre-application, since they asked for a brief description of all the courses I did, not just the name of the courses and I graduated since 2007. But thank God I found this forum through google too...I have really being blessed....I saw RhineWaal n Duisergburg Essen ( because they give room for language course from the scratch) not all schools that accept German Language does that...they will expect u to know at least an A1. Rhine- waal sent me a message yesterday to send a missing document to them again(positive sign for Usability Engineering...which I applied on the 8th of Aug.) I won't mind winter semester now....since my option to go for summer semester was due to the fact, that most schools have conclude for winter 2014.

For those people that still want Winter semester, pls try university of Saarland. Application closes by 15th Sep. 2014 n they have lots of English language courses...very good variety.

Pls I have been trying to get a school in Germany but I am yet to see the one.....xcept for Rhinewaal....but I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket......most of them are asking for basic german,.....professional work experience....etc the ones I seem to meet, don't have room for Computer Engineers.....pls kindly help....I made a second class upper....pls I will be grateful.....I have searched Daad for courses of my choice that Computer Engineering fits into but am yet to get a breakthrough....University of Ulm just replied that I didn't offer electrical communications n that's why I was denied.......I think that was the only university that categorically stated computer engineering n which I felt I met their pre-requisites....tnx
