I had same experience with my UBA USD Card too. Several declines. Someone tried helping me to pay with another bank's USD Card too, but same thing. So fraustrating!

I had to contact someone in the US to help me make the payment, and it went smoothly.

Just that you will have to release info of your account, and then stay online with the person to give further instructions, especially the security questions.

Try get someone overseas to help you out.

Meanwhile, Nigeria does not begin in Lagos and SE. There was no way Obi would win that election. I voted for Obi but I know it was a waste of vote for him if he is contesting under LP. The result from any polling unit that rigging is confirmed will be cancelled. That includes the results gotten by APC, LP, and PDP. At the end of the day the valid results will be collated. No re-run is going to take place.

I was looking at a ward in Enugu on the Irev portal. In all the 11 PU in the ward, no result had the signature of the APC party agent.

It depends on the bank. Ordinarily, your statement should be stamped by the bank to authenticate it. If your mobile app can give you that then it's fine. I know Providus app does that

I have used that BVAS and I know how it works. You are not supposed to vote if either of the following fails.

Authentication using Thumbprint or Surname or last 6 digits of your card number

AND

Verification by facial recognition.

If either or both fails, you are not supposed to vote. If you vote, the result from that polling unit will be cancelled as number of Accredited voters will become less than total votes.

It is very important that people are educated properly before the election day so that you won't end up destroying the chances of your preferred presidential candidate.

Regarding this BVAS, I have a question.

For example, let's say party A has strong hold in a particular polling unit. In order to nullify the result from that unit, won't it be easy for party B to send unregistered agents to cause over voting?

The only reason why INEC declared Adeleke was because, they wanted to avoid inconclusive, otherwise, they would have cancelled some polling units due to over voting and declare re run, Adeleke would still have won.

But that was exactly what the electoral committee did.

They cancelled the polling units that had verifiable evidence of over voting.

The remaining results was used to ascertain Oyetola the winner
