It is only God that can stop you from getting mbbs.
There is always second list, which always have a lower cutoff.

I knew people who didn't meet 71.88% cutoff for mbbs but were later considered.

2nd list? Would they publish the cutoff for that one?

Yea, but with the kinda scores I've seen for MBBS,there's little chance of it remaining the same or decreasing.

next week definitely or 2 weeks max, you know, senate will have to sit again with the HOD of each faculty to determine the cutoff. Just like how senate sat yesterday for putme results

General performance for mbbs is not too good, very few 16 pointers.

chai the odds ain't good enough..... But I thought jupeb could be done anywhere and I could apply to any school of my choice without favouritism of whether I did it at unilag or not......

Labodinho, is there any hope of getting medicine in unilag with jupeb because I did mine at LASU with 16 points? Because people are saying that u can't do at Lasu and get admission at unilag

Gud evening everyone

I could see some people have one question or the other. Let me just summarize the answers those questions.

UI is unpredictable, they can bring 5 calculations in physics just like 2017 Saturday putme, or they can bring 21 calculations in physics, just like 2017 Friday putme. ( putme is conducted for two days, and two different set of questions will be set for each subject, you might be lucky to get pure theory without calculations )

Yours is to prepare for anything.

To those aspiring for mbbs and scored low in jamb, I have said it before, you have a great chance. I have seen someone with 268 in jamb in my department. Yours is just to spank your putme.

Mind you, your jamb score doesn't predict how you perform in putme. The guy who scored the highest in 2014 putme (90%) scored 248 in utme.

Lastly, for the person who want to enquire about UI putme after sitting for UNN putme, I really don't think it's possible.

Please I did UNN direct entry screening and I can't access my result . It is showing jupeb candidates are not expected to sit for the screening after registering and them giving me time and venue for my exam

Physiology, biochemistry, nutrition and dietetic, public health are wonderful options you can explore.

Too poor for mbbs according to UI criteria.

205 means you have just 25.5 point out of maximum 50.(jamb score/8=50)

For you to secure mbbs, you need aggregate of at least 72 based on last year cutoff, provided it doesn't increase.

The implication is that your Putme must produce you at least 47point over 50.(putme/2=50)

You need to score 94% in Putme to have an aggregate of 72%.

If you can achieve that, then fire on.
