Whatever path to God you follow ought to make you able to stand on your own feet here as well as in the inner worlds; here and now, in this lifetime, before you drop the body in death.

If the path isn’t able to do that, then you ought to keep looking until you find one that gives you this ability.

Then let the Holy Spirit, the ECK, bring about the changes in your life that will accompany such a resolution.

what extra ordinary thing does soul accomplish after all the unpleasant journey? Isn't it going back to the same state it was before?

Soul in its original state is all loving, omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent just like God but it didn't have a realization of these qualities within it. The qualities were latent and undeveloped. That was the reason God had to create the lower universes, to help Soul unfold it's latent qualities.

When your members stop killing people who don't believe what you believe then you can have our attention.

Do what you can for yourself. Do what you can for others. In doing so, you are moving forward spiritually as a divine light of God.

i thought all souls started the journey at the same time, or what do you mean by younger souls?

Soul does not grow old or mature with time. What matures Soul are experiences in the lower worlds. More in the physical plane expecially earth.

When God created the lower universes and sent souls down some tarried at the mental plane, some at the causal plane deciding to take their time before making it down to the physical plane. The more rugged ones made it to the physical plane and started the climb back to the God realm with more experience and maturity.

The lesser experiences soul has, the more immature and younger it will be.
That is the beauty of being on earth. The opportunity to have rugged experiences that can propel you back to the heart of God abounds here. It is really a privilege to reincarnate on earth.

Stopping thoughts and dropping the mind is just the beginning of self realization. God realization is much more sublime

The answers can always be found at the inner temple. You have the source, the divine ECK, within your heart.

if one sees light and images when he closes his eyes instead of the the normal darkness that everyone else sees,what does that signifies?

That is the beginning of your spiritual eye opening to start seeing into the inner planes

also, does images exist in the higher spiritual worlds,or are they only light?

Images exist only in the lower planes where the mind is active

No particular plane has that as it's unique feature. You can hear that sound from physical plane to etheric plane

There are also exercises that keep us fit spiritually.
