Mr. Matured Nigerian i made my comment based on what i read, the statement of the Nigerian Army came after this post so be guided accordingly. The truth of what really transpired can only be told by those that survived so lets wait patiently and hear from them.

My take on this is that those shooters are not Nigerian Army. Nigerian Army would have detained all the occupants of that vehicle for further investigation than that selective killing.

Who purchased those stuff in the first place? I understand they get cash from NASS and then spend to empower constituents. Why would he buy them and just stash away? He can never sell them and recover original purchase price back.

The whole constituency project stuff is nonsense. Legislators have no business spending money. They should maintain an open office with staff in their constituency. Attending to & supporting constituents with human right issues, recommendation, intervening on their behalf,etc.

Empowerment in material terms should be by local councils. Or Office/Board of Employment.

NASS just got themselves a way to get their fingers on cash.
