These changes arent enormores so abandon s3 4 s4. xcept u want it 4 luxry. S2 to s3 we saw big difference. Yes! its worth d upgrade..... Major Feature arent drastically upgraded. Wich s processor,camera,ppi nd overall physical look. If u cant tell speed diff. nd camera quality, y d upgrade. s4 camera Feature r just dere to confuse d public. fados4sure: The conditional letter also know as admission letter is the first letter that was issue to you when you receive an offer from your institution
Why the unconditional letter is the letter that will be issue to you after you after fulfill the condition stated in the offer letter by paying your tuition fees.
As for the flight ticket, i don't think it's compulsory.
