No enforcement of laws to serve as a deterrent!

In US,a truck driver made a dangerous U turn that killed 3 people...he was arrested,prosecuted and jailed that same day!
Meanwhile,the company that hired the truck have now been banned from using trucks!

This is a country where systems are working!
As much as tagging saner climes might seem stale,it's important to highlight the difference!
We seriously need to fix our judicial and enforcement agency system of operation by making them autonomous!

If dangote was in the US,he would have been out of business not because of where he is from but because of the strict but important requirements to ensure his business activities doesn't affect the wellbeing of citizens!
