Sheba is doing the same thing she is criticizing others of doing.

She claims she doesn't like wahala but she sees nothing wrong with Temi calling flora and Oyin local.

Properties › Re: Three-storey Building Collapses In Wuse, Abuja (video) by bentenny(m): 1:58pm On Sep 08
Some buildings in Nigeria are on the verge of collapsing.
All it takes is the required vibration and moving of heavy equipments to that building.

Most buildings in Nigeria hardly go through the required tests from approved agencies.
These agencies just collect funds forgetting that one day any of them could be a victim of their own negligence.

A country with their institutions fully operational would have prosecuted & jailed the owner of the building, revoked the licence of the construction engineers and ensure the next building goes throught the requirements needed for erecting a structure.
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Reacts To Blocking Of Access Road By Political Thugs In Benue (vid) by bentenny(m): 1:27pm On Sep 08
The only reason why apc political thugs are blocking Obi from entering benue state is simply because they are afraid of his popularity and because benue state has been enlisted as one of the states apc plan to outrightly rig to favour Tinubu.

Unfortunately for apc data boys and their paymasters, there is social media and most benue state citizens in rural areas have one more more social media platforms plus internet access.

This is not like the 90s or early 2000s where information was accessed through nations newspapers, partisan radio stations and nta TV.

If this number of political thugs are the same number of citizens in benue state, then I doubt if apc will get up to 5k votes.

In other words, you cannot use these thugs to represent the entire benue state citizens as the APC data boys are making it look like.

But you were rejoicing when he made prohesies against opposition candidates but the moment it turned to Tinubu, you now refer to him as a comedian.
Education › Re: NELFUND Denies Life Imprisonment Claim For Student Loan Defaulters by bentenny(m): 12:07pm On Sep 08
Image123:
That's why you have records and you're linked to your NIN and BVN. The goal of the scheme is to give hope to people who cannot afford higher education and those who unfortunately had to drop out in the past. It's not about collecting money or profits or running away from debt. Those are extreme cases and bad debt. Why would a sane person not pay his/her debt and you want a working country? Why do we try so hard to game the system and frustrate others from benefiting?
Anyway, repayment normally starts two years after NYSC and it is  interest-free.
10% of your monthly salary is to be deducted directly from your salary for repayment. You are required to update NELFUND with your employer information when you get a job or change employers.
If you are self-employed, you provide information about your business and banking details to NELFUND so that repayment can be administered.
When you accept the NELFUND loan, you also consent to a Global Standing Instruction (GSI). This gives NELFUND authority to recover the outstanding loan from money you have in bank accounts or financial institutions in Nigeria if you fail to repay when due.
If you fail to repay, the GSI can be activated as a last resort. NELFUND can lawfully instruct financial institutions to use money standing to your credit to offset the outstanding loan across financial institutions. Japa does not make the debt disappear. If you move funds to your Nigerian account, the proper thing will be deduction. You'll need to be creditworthy just like in other countries.
Let's assume a student gets a debt of a 100 million after graduation and he is unemployed or just hustling as a result of unemployment, what will be the person's fate or punishment?
Leave out the epistles and go straight to the point.
Education › Re: NELFUND Denies Life Imprisonment Claim For Student Loan Defaulters by bentenny(m): 11:06am On Sep 08

The hope and likelihood is that they pay. The point and goal of the programme is hope for those that can't afford education, and a better chance at life.
It's why there's BVN and NIN record. If you are in Nigeria, you have record of your debt. If you are not in Nigeria, it's probably bad debt.
Not everyone in other countries can pay up their debts too. Some pay till old age, some die before paying up, etc. Also, there might be insurance schemes to buffer.
You are explaining too much.
If they default in payment, what will be their fate?
If I take up a loan from a bank and I default in payment, there is a punishment for that.
So what is Nelfund clear punishment for defaulters not assumptions like you are staying here?
Politics › Re: My Rankings Of The 2027 Presidential Candidates - Nigerian Angelo by bentenny(m): 11:02am On Sep 08
I will give Adewole Ebenezer an 7.5/10
He has been consistent and his campaign has been issue based.
He believes in a stronger institution instead of building a strong man.
Unfortunately,he is a rookie in politics and hasn't been tested in any public position to make an informed accessment of him.
If there was no Peter Obi,he will likely get my vote.

Sowore gets a 5/10
Hardly issue based.
More of attacking and insults.
Conduct not fit for a president.
Probably a house of assembly type or just remain an activist.

Atiku gets a 6/10
Very inconsistent with his campaign promises and trying his best to hoodwink citizens esp from the northern part.
No different from Tinubu administration.
There is a high chance he might eclipse Tinubu in travelling abroad for medical trips considering his age.

Current president Tinubu gets a 3/10
Arguably the worst Nigerian president till date.
Nothing has worked in the country.
Reforms and policies keep failing and the citizens have been the ones at the receiving end.
Collects loans with zero developments in agriculture, healthcare and education.
Insecurity under him has been extremely bad.
In a sane clime where institutions function adequately and there is truly separation of powers among the three arms of government,Tinubu by now would have been impeached.

Peter Obi gets an 8.5%
However, his policies and rhetorics seem to be about the creation of a strong man and not strong institutions.
In other words, after his regime, his policies and reforms will go with him instead of having a permanent structure or system in place that can last for years if we had stronger institutions.
He still remains the best candidate among those contesting.
Business › Re: Why Multinational Companies Are Leaving Nigeria – Financial Analysts by bentenny(m): 10:28am On Sep 08
Too much grammar without referring to the basics.

Every business whether SMEs or large scale companies require one or all of the following to strive....

Consistent Power supply 30%
Accessible roads 40%
Security 15%
High purchasing power 5%
Low transport cost 2%
Affordable housing 1%
Proper healthcare 5%
Available skilled workforce 45%
Education 10%
Consistent rule of law 3%

Long overdue.
I kept wondering why biggie allowed her stay this long.
If biggie had tolerated her, more HMs would have also done the same thing.
