Only the people outside Benue are being deceived by Ortom. Oga, the only thing I can attest to in Benue is communal clash which happens any other place. But Fulani herdsmen? Ortom is only cashing out.

South East and North East are brothers and sisters. They are all children of EAST. The first child is North EAST and the second is South EAST.
