I think you should be grateful I didnt ask you to pay me for the accidented parts.After all, I do have the right to demand for it, but I ignored all that because I realized it would be a waste of time and resources.
If it took this long to pay me my hard earned refund . I start to wonder how long it would take if I asked you to pay for the damaged parts.

Mr Larry  I think you should appreciate Inspired for bailing you out. It appears you cannot read between the lines.

1. So how much did you clear my car at seme ? be truthful . Okay what about the battery I had to purchase at the stand, since your friend Kebi advised its best to get a bigger battery for the car. Yet the bigger battery was not in the car when it was delivered, rather it was the old battery.

2. You speak of not given you my acct number on time. Is 31st of march 2011 not enough time. I still have the sent sms message on my phone.

3. On the day the car arrived, I asked our stranger driver what happened to the car. and he swore that he received the car like that. He even wondered why I couldnt buy such a car in PHC. Considering the state of the car. Did I not send you an SMS on the 26th of march, expressing my disgust on the car especially the accidented parts.

4. You speak of 12k as my refund- Now how much did I give you for the alloy wheels . was it not 25k. and how much did you say it would cost me to bring the car to PHC- WAS IT NOT 60K. Did I not pay all this into your account.

5. Now would you say I did not pay your service charge in full, would you say I didnt transport you and your boys to Seme to and fro ( even though ur boys involved in other business concerns rather than mine), would you say I didnt feed you and your boys at Seme. Would you say I have cheated you in any way.

Well I was playing a good boy in the other thread. Given Larryshow enough time to refund my money for the alloy wheels( I thnk it should be 2 weeks plus by now). so that I could count my losses and move on. Considering the criticality of such confidential information to business ethics.
But it appears he took my kind gesture for granted. And began to argue with me via emails . Being fully aware of how dissatisfied I have been with the whole transaction.

For some inexplicable reason, the complainant has failed to produce pictorial evidence of the "broken windscreen and bashed fender". But that should not lead us to conclude that he is lying. Larry can confirm the veracity of that statement from the person that delivered the car.

why dont you ask Larry if the person he sent to deliver the car to PHC was the actual person that brought the car to me.
You see I am talking out of anger from within of how the whole thing went. Did Larry tell you how I had to contact my police friends to threatened the stranger driver if he fails to deliver my car. Did Larry also tell you how the stranger driver held my car for ransom unless I pay him a said amount.

You dont understand. I went with Larryshow 4u to cotonu to buy my car. Because its one thing to trust via fora like these and another to trust in person.
Now I have other issues with larry but to cut a long story short I asked larryshow4u to deliver my car to PHC.
Just that simple action is what I am contending with.
To say the least ,I have a broken windscreen, a bashed fender. Now who pays for all that. was that part of my agreement ?
I am quietly asking him to give me my money for alloy so that I can count my losses and repair the car. and he is stupidly arguing with me. Is that how to do business.?

And i still reiterate there is a time for the truth, atleast my version of this story would reveal all to everyone, but I am reserving it.

I think you should allow sleeping dogs lie. As it appears larryshow has admitted his wrong doing, as such I think he should be given time to redeem himself and perhaps learn to be articulate to customers satisfaction as you rightly mention.
