Sincerely cannot ignore responding to you. It amazes me what kinds of youths we have in Nigeria nowadays. If this job sounds too good to be true, then please you could either wait to find out or apply yourself.

The owner of this business spent many years in the UK and has decided to treat his staffs with as much dignity as he was treated there in UK when he was working in another man's country. I have tried to convince him that he doesn't even need to provide accommodation but he has insisted on doing his little to make his staff enjoy working with him. For your information, apart from the lunch allowance, the staffs would be registered with the company clinic for free medical services, he plans to give his staffs proper annual leave plus the standard bonus that comes with it, he plans to send dedicated staffs to periodical training programs to make them better on the job from his own purse and the premises has a very conducive office where staffs can relax and watch DSTV when they are not on duty, and much more.

We need to learn in Nigeria what staff welfare means, when he was saying all these things i was surprised myself but in sincerity when you treat your staffs very well, they work with absolute dedication, professionalism and character.

If you dont believe in it, its not a problem. If what you wanted was a startup job that pays 15,000 with no allowance at all, i am sure you would find and by the time you start working, you would spend 85% of your salary on transportation and feeding. You would not even live healthy because by the time you get home at wherever you are staying, you would be so tired and weak yet still have to resume work the next day. Its just a matter of time before you start harassing customers for bribes and looking for ways to steal and rob just to make end meet. That is what we do to ourselves in Nigeria and unfortunately think its the normal way of life.
