Hhhhmmmm!!!!!

PH to Abuja on Arik, 8th of May, 2011 on 4 something PM flight. We hit a storm just as we were starting to descend to Abuja, the 4 or 5 minutes this drama lasted are the longest minutes i have ever witnessed, a free fall, the kabashing by other pax, the vibes as though the plane was gonna be torn in pieces. It was praise, worship and clapping when we eventually landed. I honestly didn't realise Ibinabo was such a great praise and worship singer until that moment as she sat right in front of me and then the fellow beside me, not so sure what he wanted to prove asked me if I was afraid, You can be sure it took a couple days to get back to normal. And I thank God for another chance at life.

If being Chairman of the governors forum was not important, we all won't be here ranting about it.

This manifesto is fair as it appeals to our common hopes. It will be excellent when the content is at least 75% implemented after winning the elections. I don't have any reason to vote BB on account of their high sounding manifesto though but in the circumstance that i find myself, you remain the best bet for now.

You know as disheartening as this is, you still have to forgive her if you truely love. When i got married, i did so for better for worse and now the worst is here and all i hear is everybody on this forum screeming divorce her! divorce her! Yet deep inside of all of us, non of us is a saint. All of us have shortcomings and this is hers. What you need to do now is call your wife (don't be upset when you do this). Let her know you are aware of her infidelity and if she is remorseful and commits to discontinue and remain with you, then you don't have an option but to forgive her. However, if she rather prefers the boss to you then she has to leave you and continue with the boss but let this be her decision. This is why marriage is not for children, you made a VOW when you married her the way she was not because she was perfect but for who she was including the qualities you knew and the ones you didn't like the one she is exhibiting now. Write her an advance cheque of forgiveness even before you confront her and in all that you do, do it out of a heart of love. This is what it means to be a real man. God bless you.

Toyota opened a factory in America to produce the Scion brand and that explains why they are known sometimes as Toyota Scion though this is not an official name. The whole idea of the Scion is because Toyota wants to appeal to younger drivers in America. Nice day guys.

Yemmite, your recruitment policy is excellent, taking into consideration the fact that a lot of corporate organizations don't have a good policy in place. A few missing links though! I am not sure why in your policy, you want to do a referee's check but not academic/ professional qualifications and past experience checks. If you look at page 3 of your policy, the renumeration is based on these two.
As some one with a backgrounds screening experience, i have discovered that these are the most falsified in all CVs. As HR practitioners, you will agree with me that the entire recruitment process is a haze of guess work and this has contributed in no small measure to the corruption that exist both in the public and private sectors. Policies of this nature and hr practitioners should recognize more the role of background screening in making informed employment decisions based on facts and not guess work.

Thanks, for these helpful tips. There is this full page advert on The Tuesday Guardian Newspaper of 14/07/2007 from a company called RAPSON (Risk and Accident Prevention Society of Nigeria). They want to employ 30,000 Nigerians and you have to get the application forms from either Fidelity Bank branches or Oceanic Bank Plc at the whoping cost of N3,500. If you do the maths for the targeted 30,000 employees, we will be looking at N105,000,000.00. This is nothing but fraud! If you have seen this advert like me, pls beware.
