Mandax this was the best road in Orlu as at 2011 true or false? Other roads were narrower and mostly red in colour true or false? As at 2011 the old Owerri road was cut by erosion at 3 different locations and rendered unusable true or false? Amaigbo Road dualized by Okorocha is the road on this pic and it is more than 4km true or false. About 5 other major roads in Orlu were dualised true or false?
