A house divided among itself cannot stand Judiciary in Nigeria is a Mockery of its profession....compared to the UK and other African countries If Ekweremadu case happens to be tried in Nigeria, it is as good as lost....A Judge that you think should be above all reproach will Deliberately entertain Irrelevant Applications from distractors to halt Justice.... Adjournment upon Adjournment would have kill the case Today when Nigerian Lawyers are Reading law sections and subsections louder & louder in court, Just cover your ears and pretend he is not making sense Its called SakaMaje .... Justice Delayed is Justice Denied what goes around comes around, Many Judges who failed to deliver Justice that Majority of Nigerians deserve were served their meal when the time comes....Judiciary cannot tell us that the restraining order that set aside Abure cannot be Lifted since he has appeared in the said court...the next hearing is on 12th May 2023, should the restraining order continues and Apapa was Allowed to Destroy the LP any Judge involved in the injustice of technicalties should know that there is a Law called karma...it is inevitable. 3 Likes

PDP convention could not hold....Atiku was using Modu Sheriff to deal with PDP....internal files of money shared during 2015 elections was leaked to EFCC, many PDP were arrested like the spokesman Olisa Metuh was handcuffed like criminal... PDP pass through Hell.... But one Man nyensom wike and Fayose fought battles with APC till Modu Sheriff was knocked out.... From 2015 to 2021 wike's control of PDP chairman makes PDP very strong All the 6 South South States were taken by PDP... Kudos to Nyensom Wike (those who hates to hear wike should open their ears and learn). Wike have to move PDP convention to Port Harcourt.... In 2019...wike financed and win sokoto and in 2021 he financed and won Edo....swelling PDP states.... Atiku saw that PDP is doing well and just think he can push Wike the Bull dog ...and financier aside....but shamelessly Atiku lost and more worry some to Atiku was Rivers that used to give Atiku block votes without appreciation from Atiku....Tinubu appreciate the winning votes he got from Rivers not only that...we have leaders like Odili and wife, James ibori Delta state and oshiomole All cementing the south south against Atiku PDP.... Yet PDP is handicapped to suspend wike [b]All this is avoidable if Atiku had shelve his Presidential ambition for a Southerner and allowed wike to control the party chairmanship which he could fund effectively... Some young Obidients are lazy to chose their fight, not all of them are lazy but the inexperienced ones who doesn't know the value of having a bulldog with power and character like wike[/b]. Monkey dey work baboon wan chop Rivers money financing PDP all this while.. Atiku left PDP in 2015 forming nPDP and they lost to APC..... In preparation to take power wike sponsored election victory of many Governors and strengthened PDP.... Atiku just strolled back with his nPDP gangsters ...Tambuwal saraki Melaye....etc.....and the cane used in 2015 was used by nyensom wike...Forming G5 to defeat Atiku which is the main purpose of G5...maybe Orton would have listened to wike to do a swap in Benue by supporting APC in presidential and they allow him win the governorship for PDP... Orton listen to his mind by supporting LP....and lost to APC.... If not he would have won his state... But overall....
